This is for sure a fun way to burn some fat! One of the biggest things that have helped me lose- weight aside from spending time in the gym has been a custom meal plan from Next Level Diet. I use it every week and I love it!

Haven’t sweated while working out in a long time! I needed it! I’m 61 and a little out of shape but I was able to keep up about 90 % of the time. Those squat/ jumping jacks killed me but I’ll get there! Gratitude 🙏

Good workout. Not sure if it's really a 1000 calorie workout except for people with really high BMI's. Voice over made if feel like I was in Mortal Combat. I look forward to doing more of your workouts.

Used my fitness watch to track this and burned about 450kcals. Great workout though! Real tough towards the end. The actual workout is 45mins + 5 mins cool down. Added dumbell for basic moves
