We have mainly uploaded around 10 minute HIIT videos recently.
However, we found out that there were quite a lot of people wanting relatively long workout video to make it as the exercise of the day.
Therefore, we prepared 50 minute HIIT workout routine !!
It might be the first time to upload almost 1 hour exercise video even if we uploaded a lot of 30 minute home walking. You know what? It means we sweated a lot while shooting...!!
It consists of 15 exercises X 3 rounds
Since the level of the exercises are increasing from 1st round to 3rd round, you can repeat 3 times of 1st round if you are beginners.

Haven’t sweated while working out in a long time! I needed it! I’m 61 and a little out of shape but I was able to keep up about 90 % of the time. Those squat/ jumping jacks killed me but I’ll get there! Gratitude 🙏

50대되는 아줌마인데.. 홈트로 운동하는데 오늘 50분하며 땀범벅이네요~^^ 포기하지않아서 너무 기분이 좋습니다. 층간소음때문에 뛰는 운동은 조심스러워서 아쉽지만 다른방법으로 했습니다. 귀한 영상운동 감사합니다.❤

I wasn't sure why you only did 30 mins of a workout until I did this workout. I was able to finish it but I love how it progressed into 3 rounds.

Good workout. Not sure if it's really a 1000 calorie workout except for people with really high BMI's. Voice over made if feel like I was in Mortal Combat. I look forward to doing more of your workouts.

I have a sporty lifestyle but with little difficulty because I have an accident on the cervical spine I was operated on 4 times with not very good results. Appreciate the video. No fence, but it doesn’t look that intensive. I thought the whole idea of HIIT was to get your heart pumping in a short duration. What’s up with the tow tap? What’s the purpose of that? Sorry to be so critical

Used my fitness watch to track this and burned about 450kcals. Great workout though! Real tough towards the end. The actual workout is 45mins + 5 mins cool down. Added dumbell for basic moves

Hallo, diese workout ist super. Ich bin 62 Jahre alt und seid 2 Wochen mache ich mit Euch und in Euren Tempo die Übungen. Mein körperlicher Fitness hat sich verbessern und ich ich fühle mich nach den Übungen super, was mich motiviert weiter zu machen . Dankeschön!!!!👍👍👍

My first day. I was able to finish the whole 50 mins. But, I have to improvise the jumping and running parts. Anyway, after I finished, I realised I clicked the wrong video.
