Ryan Poles is the Bears GM in year 3 of their "rebuild", and with by far the best QB they have had in over a decade the team overall is somehow worse than when the rebuild started. A rebuild taking 3 years already shows an absurd level of incompetence. Actually being worse in year 3 is something you almost have to try for in order to pull off. Poles has made some good moves, sure - literally every GM does that. He's also been absolutely fleeced multiple times in ways no even semi-competent GM would ever let happen. There is no reason whatsoever to keep him on as GM, and if Warren thinks there is then he should be out too. Can't get rid of the McCaskeys, but they could at least get rid of the incompetence everywhere else.
