Being a hypothyroid patient I have lost my 13 kg weight my weight was around 70 kg but after I went to a dietician who is very brilliant first she gave me 10 days program 1 time meal only salad,curd many types of nuts like walnut ,mix seed almonds and sprout and splits I am so grateful for her now I am 57 but still my treatment is going on till my ideal weight she gave me protein rich diet and also walking for 5 to 6 kilometres a day now in this winter season she gave me only salad ,curd walnuts,figs,almonds , pumpkin seed and वरण please ignore my English writing

mam mene Herbalife ka AFRESH Protien shake and Koi Formula 1 ye 3 powder ka packet liya tha ne ek doctor ke guidance usse le rahi thi but muje to bahot heavy pad raha tha. muje digestion ki bahot zyada problem hai to mai sprout kha lu to bhi bahut gas ho jati hai. me 34 year ki hu hypothyroidism high BP aur digestion ki bahot problem hai. weight mera 70 kg. muje weaness bahot rehti hai aur 5.1mm ki gallstone hai par muje operation nai karvana
