My shoulders felt so loose and great like never before!!!! I tend to hold tension in my neck and shoulder area and have occasional headaches that I feel are definitely connected. You both have been an integral part of my last six months. I fell away from working out after becoming a foster parent of 5. I started getting back into some sort of workout with you both. It bloomed into a healthy workout routine. And now I want to encourage others to make small changes in their lives to become healthier overall. I'll be encouraging others to check out your videos. Before finding this video, I’d been doing yoga flow regularly for 8 months. After just 2 times doing this, It feels more effective at opening my entire body and especially my back. Overall, this seems to be better for my body than yoga, it leaves a much longer lasting after feeling of being open and able to move freely.

I'm in the same situation you were once! I've practised silat for some years and got sciatica pain at 23, now at 26 I keep having it but it is going better and better day after day thanks to following your steps! This practice was actually great!

I've been doing a lot more standing in my work this week and combined with sleeping on a different mattress (i'm working away from my usual location) i've been a bit stiff through my lower back and hip/knees. This really helped me to feel a bit looser and was what I was looking for in a practice this morning. Great work and thank you Flo. Really enjoying your classes.

This is great, thanks for creating. My focus point in my training currently is to increase my thoracic mobility. I work a desk job and need to offset the hours of sitting to improve my overall well being and compliment other areas of my training. Will be doing this video regularly.
