These 20-30 are a life saver for busy parents. The short format really helps me stay in my practice and in turn be a better dad and husband and human. Thanks for keeping the content coming.

Dear Flo, thank you so very much for sharing your practices with us! I'm sure I'm one of the many others whose life you've changed for the better. I was struggling to find a workout / physical activity that I really enjoy and can do regularly. I am happy and proud to say that I did my first practice with you on the 22nd of March and have done one of your classes every single day since. It helps me not only become stronger and more flexible but reduced my stress levels and started me on a path to a healthier way of life in many other aspects too. I will practice until I can do your intermediate classes properly, then will see you on the long 60/90 minute classes :) I'll be forever grateful for giving me the tools to be a better version of myself every day!

Not only with the movements but with the reminders that it is up to each individual to listen within in the stillness and to reach further for the strength. P.S. I was actually sweating 💦 but so 😄 since I was able to finish this routine and so 🙏 with the meditation at the end. I truly needed this! Thanks again! ❤

Hello, the quality of your videos is great and I enjoy your content on YT and Patreon as well. Nevertheless and especially in videos like this ("for all levels") I'd wish for alternative asanas or changes that allow to train the strength and get stronger to also at some point discover new asanas in ones body. I often feel like despite going to back to childs pose, there is no other option shown. In Yin Yoga practices you already give cues that inform of poses more protective of the knees or for a certain level of strechiness. That is exactly what I miss in stronger Flows. Maybe I also oversaw a Playlist were those cues are incorporated, if anyone knows one I'd be happy to try these. Thank you so much for your content and I hope I formulated the feedback adequat. Greetings from Germany and lots of Love to you!

That was absolutely amazing, thank you so much for sharing and providing this, I feel amazing and full of strength and confidence! I wanted to ask, could you maybe go more into detail about placing the hands in your lap, left over right for female / right over left for male? I usually put my right hand over the left intuitively, because I‘m right handed, but today I felt like to put it the other way around, so that my „weak“ hand can support my strong hand. What are you‘re thoughts about that? Love and gratitude from Vienna

I loved and really enjoyed this flow. We just need to keep in mind that there is more than female and male or being only one of these. That gets easily forgotten in the yoga community ❤️

@liamb2064 Жыл бұрын
nice straight up no frills "yoga"... BIG QUESTION: Why in the end do you state males should have right hand above the left. In everything I have ever read or seen regarding the zen "cosmic mudra" the right hand (is on the outside) and holds the left with the thumbs slightly touching. Curious as to why you are suggesting the opposite of the norm? If this wasn't a simple mistake, I am wondering your reasoning on switching the hand placement that is taught in most zen schools and traditions. Cheers & namaste.

Hello, since it's new to me, I would like to know why is the difference with the right on the left hand for men (and left on right hand for women). Does anyone have the meaning or an explanation for it? thank you Flo for that challenging class!
