I’m trying to get abs before summer starts. I’ll update everyday, wish me luck! 💕 Day 1: the workout was pretty intense. I found the push throughs especially challenging and had to take a break in the middle. Day 2: the workout was a bit easier for me to do and I didn’t take any breaks during the exercise 😊 Day 3: oops, forgot to update yesterday. Yesterday, the workout became easier to do although my arms were still a bit sore from the day before. Day 4: back again😊! The workout keeps getting easier for me. I noticed that my stomach doesn’t look as bloated. Day 5: leg raise holds are my worst enemies. My thighs are burning 🥵 Day 6: Okay my inner thighs are really sore. Stomach looks flatter tho 😊 Day 7: I can feel my heart beat in my “ abs “ Welp at least the work out is getting easier for me 🥴 Day 8: The workout goes by so quickly now. Let’s get those abs yee yee 🤠 Day 9: Not so bloated anymore :)) Day 10: done done done ✅ Day 11: I was actually looking forward to the workout today 😂 Day 12: did two rounds today, so....wHeRe ArE mY aBs 🤪 Day 13: two rounds again. Wow I’m on a roll😊 Day 14: I freaking hate plank hip dips 🤬 Still managed to do two rounds tho. Go me! Day 15: two rounds again 🥵 my stomach seems flatter Day 16: two rounds again 🤠 It gets easier each time. Day 17: finished my two rounds and I’m sweating like crazy. Had kfc yesterday, which was a big mistake. I look bloated now 😭( guess it’s back to healthy eating ) Day 18: two rounds again bish! Can call me idol😂 Day 19: only did one round today cuz I’m not feeling well 😩😢 Day 21: two rounds again ✅ This workout was pretty challenging in the beginning, but I slowly got used to it and started doing two rounds a day. Although I don’t have abs yet, I can tell that my stomach is flatter and a bit toned. Even though 20 days are over, I’m not going to stop here. I will continue until I finally get the abs I desire. 😌

Im guessing your arms are sore because of the side planks. Use your abs(tilt forward a little) instead of your arms. Wont hurt as much. :)

@@ayishatubssam5769 In my experience, yes. As long as you do the workout 5 days a week, along with eating less and more fulfilling meals, your belly will be flat. I'd also recommend going on a brisk walk every day for an hour. The best cardio in my opinion!

@@sierra146 When I first started fitness and working out with Emi, I focused on building my core muscles (this workout), cardio (did some of her cardio HIIT workouts and the fun dance ones), and also on building strength (bodyweight and light weight workouts). I did only one round of this and mixed it up with a bunch of her other videos every time I exercised! Now that I've grown more comfortable with my body and how it moves, and have also built up more strength, I've transitioned to following Caroline Girvan's videos :) Good luck!

Doing this workout for 20 days :)) Day one: I stopped a bit for some exercises. Sharing my experience! For the past couple of months, I have been exercising at least 5 times a week (usually around 30-45 mins of exercise per workout). I decided to add this video to my routine for 20 days. I wasn't really expecting to get "Abs in 20 Days", as I have very stubborn fat since I was a child, and digestive issues which make my belly extremely distended (even just after drinking water in the morning). My weight has been also been relatively stable for years (despite a healthy diet). Lo and behold, after the 20 days, I did not have abs nor any noticeable definition, however the exercises didn't feel as difficult, which for me is a great marker of progress! For example, exercises like the 'leg raise hold' or 'plank hip dip', I can now do for longer periods of time without modifications. My focus now is to keep working on my ab strength to improve my weak core, and weirdly, any 'superficial' differences often come naturally when we actually don't think about it too much. Just a reminder that not all progress has to be visible, and we should exercise because of how it makes us feel, rather than getting caught up in the vanity of working out (as much as I would love to have visible abs!) I'm learning to try and not compare my progress with others, as that is not a healthy mindset to have in the long-term. Everyone's body and genetic makeup is different, and will react to different forms of exercise accordingly, so it isn't fair on yourself to compare with another person! TLDR; Our bodies are all unique with different histories, genetics and lifestyle :))) We are all different and start at different points, so don't feel discouraged if you don't see results after 20 days.

This video is very useful! I followed this for 18 days with 2 days break in between, my abs is visibly stronger and flatter (although the eleven line is still invisible :p) will obviously keep on 😊

I'm doing this for 20 days! Wish me luck! (I'm also trying the same fasting method as Emi did for 10 days!) #femily Weight: 55kg Waist: 65cm (•ө•)♡ *Day* 1: Done! Kinda hard but really motivated. Also did 20 days lean legs twice *Day* 2: Done! Almost without breaks, but I just need to stretch a bit 乁( •_• )ㄏ And did the 20 day leg once *Day* 3: Done! This time without breaks. Proud hehe Did the leg workout twice. Btw really felt it today *Day* 4: Done! Without breaks again. Actually want to do two rounds(maybe tomorrow). And it'll be burninn Also did the leg workout once *Day* 5: Rest day. Did some dancing tho *Day* 6: Done! And did the leg workout *Day* 7: Done! It's been week already! And it's a lot easier than it was. Also did the leg workout *Day* 8: Done! Wanted to do two rounds, but felt sore in the middle of the workout (maybe because I just got my period), so I'll do it tomorrow. And did the leg workout once *Day* 9: Rest day due to period cramps and unmotivation *Day* 10: Done! Did it twice today and it's burning as hell And I'll weight and measure myself tomorrow *Day* 11: Done! Did it once with the leg workout. Btw here are the measurements: Weight: 53,5kg Waist: 64cm The weight is always drink and based on what I eat, how much I drink etc. But I'm happy with the results and I feel that muscle more ( ◜‿◝ )♡ *Day* 12: Another rest day because not motivated today *Day* 13: No workout today, but I went for a good swim *Day* 14: Done! Twice today and even did the leg workout. Gained a bit of weight on my two day ,,break" so going hard today 💪 *Day* 15: Done! Did this only once today because I was busy *Day* 16: Done! What a tough day! Did 50 mins workout without big breaks. Proud! So I did this twice and the leg workout twice as well. Anyway today I was a lot more confident about my body, I wore a crop top to school as I started seeing tiny but exiting results. This workout works guys! ᕦ༼✩ل͜✩༽ᕤ *Day* 17: Done! Did THREE times today! I'm so happy! Also did the leg workout so 55 minutes in total. I don't want to workout more than hour, because I've seen somewhere that it makes you hungry. Anyways I hope you guys are doing good with the workout as well! *Day* 18: Done! Same as yesterday and it burns like hell. *Day* 19: Done! Wow! Did this three times plus twice leg workout. So totally 1 hour and 5 minutes of working out. I think I'm dead

@@vaishnavikshirsagar9024 I don't do this workout anymore, because I think I was too harsh on myself and didn't eat well. Now my measurements are 63cm for my waist, 52cm for my thighs and my weight is around 51kg to 52.5 kg. Though I don't think this was because of the workout, it was because of eating well.

gonna do this challenge! weight: 64.9kg (143lbs) waist: 29 inches day 1: ✔ day 2: ✔ day 3: ✔ day 4: ✔ day 5: ✔ day 6: ✔ day 7: ❌ (gym) day 8: ✔ day 9: ❌ (gym) day 10: ✔ day 11: ✔ day 12: ❌ (mostly gym, too tired) day 13: ❌ (gym + plank workout) edit: so i know that i haven't been doing every day, however i've been too busy lately to do at-home workouts. i'm constantly at college (also using their gym) and i have other stuff to do at home, so i don't have time! day 14: ✔ day 15: ✔ day 16: ✔ day 17: ✔ day 18: ❌ day 19: ✔️ day 20: ❌ eeekk i completely forgot about this on the last day! i went on a camping trip then so i didn’t fully complete it, however overall, i lost quite a bit of fat on my waist.. i definitely need to try to do this fully without skipping & avoiding cheat meals!! as somebody who gains fat easily, it’s hard to lose weight however i really hope that by doing emi’s workouts, i’ll continue to see changes!

Hey guys... So happy to tell u.. That after 14 days.. I lose 2 kgs...nd bonus to that.. Ab lines are visible.. Not that perfect but yes... Gonna do itfor more months.. Just make sure u cut off your calories... As I reduced my calories to 1000 kcal ,though had many cheat days..nd make sure u do enough warm up, cardio nd stretching along with it. It's gonna take time.. But it's worth it.. Go for it guys.... Gonna update after 15 days.. Thanks Emi Another.... 3 weeks done.. Nd I lost about 2.5 kgs more... It's more important to be consistent.. No matter how slow or fast the progress is.. As every body is unique and beautiful✨❤

Really Great but a 1000 kcal diet is not enough and can lead to an eating disorder try eating 1500 kcal and exercising 4x a week with 1-2 cheat days and don't forget to drink that water 😘

A 1000 calories diet is not healthy at all especially when you're exercising , you should only try to cut down your sugar intake along with working out and maybe taking a walk every morning or evening ( whatever suits you ) and you'll automatically lose weight

a 1000 calorie diet is not healty, you need to eat more. try listening to your self and eating more, have treats whenever you starve them it and if your goal is to lose weight try hiit workouts.

You have to eat healthy as well, and you will start seeing the results in 2 weeks and it will get more visible day by day.if you want more intense workout, try pamela reif intense ab workout, its what im doing for now @@_Rat_Stew__

I was already following another ABS video and I decided to change to this workout and I love it, it feels really effective. But I also consider this one really difficult if you have never trained before, so take it easy guys. It's really important to respect your body limits, you can do it!

keeping myself accountable:- height: 167cm weight:78kg day 1:-did this work out and 3 others, abs burnnnnnnn. i look forward to this:) day 2:- i forgot to do it:/ but i did. other workouts day 3:-It was slightly easier to do and i didn’t take extra breaks so that’s good day 4:-it’s sunday so it’s rest day😃 day 5:- I didn’t work out :/// day 6:- pumpeddd!!!!! it was better today day 7-8:- i was out the whole time so i couldn’t work out and i ate badly:/ day 9:- i did it and i felt soooo refreshed, it’s not as hard as before!!! my stomach also looks a bit flatter and my love handles have slightly reduced so i’m happyyyy day 10- it felt sooo long but i went through with it and i’m proud i didn’t take any extra breaks :)))))

I've been doing this for 18 days now (I probably missed 3 to 4 days total though) and the change is incredible ! I have the lines and my stomach is always flat. It is still relatively flat after dinner. Just a little consistency makes an enormous difference, I really recommend this workout. For information, I took it easy : I did the workout once a day only, eating healthily but with no brutal restriction, simply eating what I like. My diet does not include junk food (or very little), since I don't like it, but it sure included dark chocolate, pancakes, cakes, crêpes... :) Thank you so much Emi !

It's well balanced even it burrrnnnsss! P.s. It's my birthday!! 💗 Day 2: ✔️ I did it twice! Except the planks because I was literally dying the second time... But yeah I'm tired but proud ^^ 💗Day 3: ✔️ I had so many things to do but luckily I found time to do this once. I feel like I could do it twice tho. 💗Day 4: ✔️ I had 0 motivation and no energies (maybe bc I'm on my period). Btw I did it once even tho I wanted to do something more 💗Day 5: ✔️ Donee, and I've done the booty workout too ☺️ 💗Day 6: ✔️ I've done this twice (except planks) and I'm too happy because I started to see my abs 😭 and I can definitely "feel" them if I press on my belly lol 💗Day 7: ✖️ Rest day :) 💗Day 8: ✔️ Done! I'm not tired as before 💗Day 9: ✔️ Doneee fortunately lol, because I felt SOOOO bloated cause I ate a lot :3 💗Day 10: ✔️ Donee and I'm so happy cause I'm in the exact middle :D 💗Day 11: ✔️ It was very late so I did it only once. Btw I think I'll do it twice tomorrow. I can definitely see so many changes on my belly, I have those lines (they are not sosososo visibles but that's okay because it's been only 20 days), my stomach is completely flat and I don't have anymore that bothering low belly :D This works guys!! I have been doin this for 4days and MY Mom just said me that"You're waist is going down slimmer a bit"😚I was so Happy I was feeling it Myself better. I got a vertical line on my abs too ( Everyone's body is different,I don't mean anyone to have vertical line in 4days) My functions are faster🌟 I gain weight and lose weight fast✍️ So Try this and succeed I hope everyone gets it💙 Thanks emi😗

Gonna start tracking myself for 20 days (This is not my first time doing the workout but it has been a while so yeah) Day 1: ✅ definitely died after the leg raise hold lmao Day 2: ✅ i still can't do the leg raise hold but overall it's okay Day 3: ✅ today was really difficult, maybe because i got home late Day 4: ✅ but I did have a really full meal because it the last day of the decadeee Day 5: ✅ i did 2 sets tdy, one after lunch and one after dinner Day 6: ❌ i was feeling sick Day 7: ✅ (2sets) Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ (2 sets) Day 10:❌ Day 11 : ❌ Day 12: ✅

Emi! I'm so glad I found your channel.. I've just been doing this and a couple of other videos of yours, and already I can feel my muscles gaining tone and losing their flabbiness. You have designed every sort of workout possible, but you're the only KZbinr I know who has done a stellar no-jump workout, and also your calf exercise video! I was so tired of doing squat jumps, jumping jacks, etc. It felt great to have exercises that gently work your calf muscles, but just as effective, maybe even more! Also knowing your journey has been so inspirational, thanks a lot Emi.. forever indebted to you! P.S. As a fellow Asian (I'm Indian) your 'no pain, no gain' just reminds me of my parents telling us kids to work hard 😂
