Omg Emi I’m working out with you for five months straight (45 min to 1 hour everyday since November 22th) and my resultes are better than I expected!!! On 2018 (on my 14 years old) I was on a deep depression and bulimia, so I’ve lost 15 kg on that period (I was 61 kg, my lowest weight in life lol, considering I’m 1.63 cm), on last year, when I was on the middle of treatment I’ve stopped working out and gained 12 kg (my introduction to high school was hard, a lot of anxiety crises and eating so many candys lol). But when my vacation started on November 22th I restarted to working out, and now I’ve lost these 12 kg and I’m 61 kg again! My target is getting to 53 kg, I thought that I will achive that in like one year or more, but I’m faster than I thought lmao About my measurements, I really don’t know them now, I’m more focused on my health and my wheight, but I can see my measurements reducing as a consequence of the exercises. My collarbone (I personally think that it is one of my prettiest body parts) is visible again, my waist is thinner, my legs (they were big on all my life) and my armpits slim down along with my face, and on the first time in all my life I’m starting to have an ABS! So glad you are feeling better! Same for me, I am 14 but now, even with the quarantine I don’t have time to workout because of school, and because in one month I will have 3 exams :(. I really don’t know what to do..

it really be hittin different when you've reached the 15th day, I'm exhausted but I feel amazing, if you've thought about giving up don't, push as hard as you can for yourself, even if you haven't achieved the abs you want after this workout, feel proud about the amazing effort you've put into this, because reaching the last day means you didn't dissapoint yourself and you managed to make you and your body proud, you deserve to feel wonderful and confident about yourself so keep going!! you can do this!!

@Mariana Rostam SK06c i would recommend this workout, i would also recommend doing some sort of cardio a few times a week(run, walk, dance workouts, or hiit workouts) , and then maybe pamela reif workouts (these are more intense). but also do some for the areas you want to target

Wow I just finished 15 days wo challenge by emi! I’ve been trying to finished it since last year but always ended up stop at day 3😂. But now i’ve finished the 15th day and feel great about it. I can see the difference on my belly. And I lost around 1kg. I did intermitten fasting too for these 15 days. For others that think they would never finish this workout, no, you can finish it! Just take your time and do it slowly, an expert was once a beginner too. Cheers.

I can't believe I just finished the whole 15 day program. Usually is hard for me to stick to an exercise program, but Emi's well planned exercise and coupled with her motivation really pushed me through it. Thank you Emi for this 15 days I spend with you. I am not sure if I lost any noticeable inches, but I lost 3 lbs and my body felt great!

Рост 170, вес 59, талия 78 см. Выполняю другие упражнения на руки и ляжки. 1 день - ✅ приятная усталость, начала понимать, что делаю в этой жизни все правильно. 2 день - ✅ упражнения делают мой смысл жизни и успокаивают. 3 день - ✅ ограничила свой рацион, начала питаться здоровой и полезной пищей. Чувствую себя замечательно. Отвлекаюсь от негативных мыслей, думаю о светлом будущем и даче 4 день - ✅, талия 78, моя кошка родила 5 день -✅ господи, как же я устала🦫 6 день -✅окружность талии 75, я заметно постройнела, и живот более упругий, чем раньше^^ 7 день -✅ упражнения делаю в первой половине дня 8 день -✅очень устала, сил делать почти не было, часто устраивала себе перерывы. Примерная окружность талии 75-74 см, результат очень заметный и приятный🧃 9 день -✅ заметила, что сколиоз продолжил развиваться, пойду делать упражнения для осанки 10 день -✅ не советую упражнения от сколиоз, я встала после них, и сильно опустилось давление, голову как будто проткнули гвоздями, безумно больно. Потом ещё и печень заболела. Так-с, результаты упражнений - окружность 74 см. Мой пивной живот стал меньше. Буду стараться дальше :3 11 день-✅ура, подруга жива и пойдёт со мной на тренажерки 12 день-✅вчера прошла 25т. 🚶‍♀️, очень устала 13 день-✅ болят плечи и лопатки 14 день-✅ время идёт так быстро, мне становится грустно оттого что я снова буду приходить в подавленном состоянии из школы и мне будет не до упражнений. 15 день-✅плохое настроение, просто ужасное, делала без удовольствия 16 день-✅ делаю перед уроками, я так долго не ходила туда 17 день-✅ так болит голова((( 18 день-❌ 19 день-❌ 20 день-✅ 21 день-✅-недоделала последние 3 упражнения 22 день-✅ мне стыдно перед собой 23 день-✅мне очень стыдно, я просто обжираюсь, как в последний раз. Вес 57 кг 24 день-✅ я больше так не буду, обещаю. Постараюсь не нарушать диеты, вес вернулся, снова 59🦭 25 день-✅невыносимо болит голова 26 день-❌ 27 день-❌ 28 день-❌ 29 день-❌ Сейчас 2 декабря, 2021 года. Хочу поделиться своим мнением и результатам. Мне собираюсь делать операцию, поэтому прекращаю делать именно эти упражнения. Прежде всего, хочу сказать, что время от времени меняйте физические нагрузки (например 1 день кардио, 2 силовые упражнения, или 1 день один комплекс упражнений, 2 день другой), иначе вам наскучит делать одно и тоже каждый день. Правильно пытайтесь, не голодайте, не обжирайтесь. Устраивайте себе отдых 1 день в неделю от всего, от изучения ин. языка, физ. упражнений, диеты, нагрузок. Это позволит вам не выгореть и дать разгрузку своему организму. Не загоняйтесь, занимайтесь спортом не только, чтобы похудеть, но и быть в тонусе, подправить здоровье. Вы не заметите, как улучшится качество сна, самооценка. Желаю вам всем удачи, особенно русские зрители Эми💖

Been doing this for a month now without diet. It doesnt made me lose weight but my waist line is now tinier by 3 inches🙏🏻👏 I DEF. RECOMMEND THIS WORKOUT!! Find some 2 other videos with abs then do it with 1 rest day in between workouts to get best results.

i’ve started working out again after about a year and in that year i keep feeling terrible and out of shape... now that i’m getting in shape and feeling strong again i don’t know how i could ever quit in the first place, i feel amazing!! i’ll make sure to take good care of my body and maintain my fitness from now on :))

Omg my neck..... Oh no I can't resist that pain in my neck... Day1:(of this workout) due to the pain in my neck i need break between the workout!! Day2: oops my neck 😖!! When timer stops and she says -"rest" I feel like I'm alive.. Better than tomorrow but still not perfect.. But yes I can and i will... Day3: i was just murmuring-"yes I can do it!! " And yes I did it.. After all Emi herself is a good motivator and she can't let u quit😁Feeling the burn, yes I'm enjoying it😄😄 Day4: feeling a bit easier, still my neck get sore but i just keep moving!! 😇😁 Day5: sry i just really forgot to update, so i didn't get tym at morning that's why did this at the evening and I was feeling more energetic!! It's still burning like the day1 bby😄😇 Day6:I just really get bored of workouts easily but this tym I'm getting results really really good that's why continuing it for 5 days more then will finally reveal my results... Hey everyone. I'm going to do this challenge and here's my results and progress!!★ Day 1: Done!!!!! Wow I feel really good. It was a little bit hard to do but that's the point. So it worked and I'm more motivated to keep going. Who's in this with me?♥ Day 2:wow. Really wow. This works...today when I woke up my whole body was sore. And yet I did it again😂😂 Day 3: my muscles still sore but not as much. I am better than I was before! Day 4:getting better Day 5:its getting hard but at the same time better, get it?😂😂 Day 6:very challenging. Well I see changes!! Day 7:I so glad its rest day, but usually I do yoga. Day 8:done. Day 9:done. I'm seeing something people Day 10:done Day 11:done Day 12:done Day 13:done Day 14:done Day 15:done!! Can't believe I did it! I am so much stronger and I can see results Waist : 85cm - now: 84 cm

doing this for quarantine:). waist: 64cm I think. ::-Day 1: This actually does get me tired so I think it will workout, i’m excited. 💗💗 ::-Day 2: done and hard as always. ::-Day 3: my neck doesn’t feel sore anymore. ::-Day 4: done. 💗💗 ::-Day 5: done, done. ::-Day 6: doneeee. skipped one day. ::-Day 7: done. so a week has passed by and I managed to lose 1cm !! Which is grate for a ten minute workout in just 7 days. I also did April 11 line abs and Emi lower belly which I already quit. ::-Day 1: ✔️ skipping. skipped. ::-Day 2: ✔️ ::-Day 3: ✔️ skipped because my tummy hurt. ::-Day 4: ::-Day 4: ✔️ ::-Day 5: ✔️ ::-Day 6: ✔️

your neck shouldn't feel sore at all. make sure you're not just lifting your neck or using your arms to lift your neck. you should be lifting your shoulders off the floor, then you'll feel the burn! ♥️

Hii Emi I recently came across your channel, and started doing your ab and lower belly fat challenge of 15 days. I not complete with it still have few days to go but I really wanted to thank you. I don't have really noticeable results right now but I can feel my body is getting stronger I came hold a plank for 45 seconds without dropping to the floor. And the best part about your vedios are your encouraging words that actually motivates me and helps me keep going. Keep up the good work and hopefully I wil have noticeable differences in my body soon. I really need to shed weight. Lots of love and good wishes

I always come back to Emi's videos. My older body needs the rest period which others do not always offer. This was a great workout although my left arm on the ground hurt when doing number two, side crunch. I may go to day 1 of this program tomorrow and do the 15 days. Thank you Emi. 🤗💜

I am on day 11/15 days workout and this is my favorite day. I am stronger at abs then cardio and jumping so perfect day for me. Day 15 of 15 Emi - Started at 90.71 kg down to 88.90 - Abs feel harder and I feel stronger. I will do the 28 days - Total Abs and Belly Burn next. Keep going everyone it is worth the work!
