Day 1: ✔ I couldn't do all of it Day 2: ✔ I still can't do all of it but it got better Day 3: ✔ It hurts soooo much. is it normal? Day 4: ✔ I improved a lot.i almost did all of them.still haven't seen anything that look like abs. Day 5: ✔ Guyyyyys I see some lines in my stomach. 👀 Any ways,it really got easier but I still take break in between it. Day 6: ✔ I ate a lot today so I did it twice. I just started this workout along with her leg workout and I already feel stronger. Day 1 : DONE! Sorry for not updating but i did the workout for whole 2 days after day 1 Day 2 : DONE! Day 3 : DONE! I started doing Gloria Song's abs and leg workout as well as emi's leg workout tbh i see my upper abs already!!! Day 4 : DONE! I couldnt do day 5 as we just got a new puppy he's sooo cute tbh i'll continue tmw i swear!!

Day 1✅: (The burn was amazing tbh- I just couldn't do the Lifted Reverse Crunch💀 how can she do that?!) When I was a beginner I was also not able to do few exercises but now it's been 3 months I am following and doing her workouts daily according to the programs. One day I was in shock those exercises which I wasn't able to do earlier now I can do them with ease. You can also do it! I believe in you ✌️

I m on 28 days workout. Day 1✔body was sore Day 2✔could do it Day 3✔really effortful Day 4✔could do it Day 5✔lost my muffin tummy around 2 cm and that's really a great change Day 6✔could do it Day 7✔ flexing was easy. I'll keep updating. And yes it works. Remember no pain no gain, consistency is the key to success.....

I’ve been doing emi’s workouts for maybe more than a month now and I started off around 123 lb (assumingly because my dumbass forgot to measuring my weight in the beginning) and currently I’m 116! (no diet though I ate healthier in general) Although i am hesitant because I could be going into the underweight side soon because I’m like 16 and 5’5

The Purple Butterflies I did a variety of her workouts but I usually did her 10 min lower ab videos, 10 min total ab videos and you can even do her in bed workout videos! I don’t really stay consistent to one of her videos I usually end up switching them up every 2-3 days so that my body doesn’t get used to the workouts. Also I usually workout for 6 days a week but you can workout less than that and probably get the same result. Recently I’ve been doing her 45 min or 30 min full fat burning exercises which work amazing so I highly recommend those as well. Hopefully this helped you!

Doing this for 28 days! + Exercises for abs & small waist Day 1:✅️MY ABDOMEN BURNED!!... it was worth the pain :) TT Day 2:✅️It hurt less! + did another exercise to get 11 line abs lol

Lost about 1.5 inches from my waist and yeah definitely could see results on my lower belly area! Forgot to mention this ,but my face looks slimmer than before and my upper ab lines were visible before starting this,now my middle ab lines are visible as well🔥

Remember, muscle is heavier than fat. Eventually, you will start to lose weight, but you might not notice too much of a difference at first. You mighty be getting stronger faster than you're body is able to lose weight :) But I'm no expert, that's just my theory. Also, make sure you are doing cardio, as that is what is most likely to burn fat and help you lose weight

Hi guys so I eat healthy most of the time and if I drink a lot of water while doing the flat belly challenge, will I get a flat stomach? I’m just afraid I won’t have time to do the workouts bc of school and I also already swim like 4 or 5 days a week too
