Could you all do a Definitive Series, like these are the Definitive Chest Exercises that you all need to do and these target these parts of the chest. No fancy isolation movements. Or those can be kept for like intermediates add these exercises and experts include these and so on.
Although many of these fitness people are working extremely hard to get ripped, completely sidestepping the explosion of PED usage will always be a cloud over physical accomplishments. Acknowledge PEDs and move onto the fact that eating healthy l, combined with weights & cardio, are 100% required for dominant results.
