Stay strong brother👊🏻💪🏻

Dark chocolate has 12mg of caffeine per ounce, given that a regular chocolate bar is 1.5oz, it should not be hindering any of your sleep unless you are stuffing your face with a ton of it,
@djackson4605
@djackson4605 3 жыл бұрын
@@mithicash1444 that is 18 oz. (1.5 ounces is a mini size, he's using much more than that) which is already half a cup of coffee (average brewed coffee at home). Do you use copious amounts of caffeine? Like 3+ cups? Could be you don't realize your sleep quality is diminished (its very common to be too tired in the morning, overconsume caffeine and not sleep well, a terribly unfortunate cycle). I politely disagree with you, based on a lot of information I've seen in my life.

IMHO his physique would take well to some red meat. Eating only fish seems like it would hinder overall muscle performance and appearance in comparison to eating a good mix of red and white meat. There’s something about red meat and it’s contribution to strength and muscle growth. Possibly the creatine, iron, and effects on male hormones.
@NoName-ff6jz
@NoName-ff6jz 3 жыл бұрын
@@Dmgolfer22 Creatine needs supplementation anyway unless he eats a dangerous amount, heme iron is carcinogenic and heavily linked to heart disease so it is better to get iron from spinach with some citrus, and the impact on hormones is spikes in IGF-1 which will increase cancer risk and is also pointless because he can just take GH or mk677 no problem. He should eat a variety of plant based proteins to maximize the micronutrient content of his meals, increasing mood and recovery by decreasing cortisol and significantly improving his health markers. I think he would improve if he would add in tempeh, tofu, beefless grounds and so on. No point in adding red meat outside of societal beliefs that big/real men eat red meat, there’s no definitive science there yet, but there is definitive science on the negatives of red meat. I’m 85% sure of these things.

All that fish can't be healthy .. I have seen you buy cheap frozen fish too .. Tons of mercury and microplastic buildup, did you get this checked? Oceans are polluted AF, remember that.. Frozen fish mostly come from the worst areas like indian and asia in general (plastic all over the oceans here). Tuna steak is literally the worst you can eat in terms of mercury content and canned tuna you need to stick to yellowfin and skipjack to get somewhat acceptable mercury levels. Still I would only eat a few a week.
