During the next 16 minutes you will work your legs, abdomen and buttocks in a focused, effective and dynamic way. It has no impact, you could do it if you have limitations in that sense. It has several knee flexion exercises and the second part is performed on the floor (considerations in case of having a knee injury or not being able to lie on the floor)
