With summer right around the corner I’ve given up any possibility of ever wearing a sleeveless shirt again because of those dang bat wings! I’m telling you within the last year my body has completely dropped, so this exercise is going to be a part of my every day plan from here on out! Plus not just batwing what can one do re crepey skin. Suddenly occurred. Is that lack of protein? Looking for tees with longer short sleeves kind covers muscle part

@@laurelgrasset8639 Your not alone! The crepey skin just comes with age, sorry to say. 🤷🏻♀️ However, I think if we do these exercises, it will help build muscle which might decrease the appearance of our unattractive old lady arms! Hopefully!!☺️👍🏼

I just started lifting weights after I turned 70🤯. This would be a good quick routine on my recovery days. Constructive Criticism: since this is a total of nine exercises I suggest a real time video that people could follow along with would be even more helpful.

How do you keep track of 20 seconds?

Counting aloud, set a timer, or do 10 to 20 repetitions of the exercise 🙂
