No jumping in today's total body workout with weights! This low impact HIIT workout is apartment friendly and easy on the knees. We are adding in dumbbells for some added resistance - remember low impact does not have to mean low intensity! We are going to get that heart rate up with some strength and cardio exercises - get ready to sweat!!

I love this! No yelling no “come on NO QUITTING!” just peaceful calm but EXTREMELY EFFECTIVE WORKOUT i could water my plants with the amount of sweat that came out of my body.. Immediate click on the subscribe button!

Don't be fooled that this low impact workout means its easy - I was dripping in sweat throughout and found it very challenging. Really loved this workout!!

I have done shaun t workouts and never sweat like i do for her workouts, maybe my body just prefers low impact strength training. I’m always telling my self how am I sweating because im not sweat person.

I have to say that I have FINALLY found a workout plan I can stick with - low impact, calm yet encouraging music, and no yelling - just gentle encouragement! When other workouts/coaches push me to keep going it just makes me want to give up faster but with your videos I find the willpower from within myself to keep going, even if I need to take a little bit longer of a break midway through or simplify the moves when I need to catch my breath. And having it be low impact makes it possible for me to not give up on daily exercise if my knees/shins are really hurting. Thank you so much Heather for putting workouts out there for sensitive souls like me! :)

eversince i found this channel my workouts has never been the same, its always exciting to see wat type of exercise lies the next day..i practically go over the monthly calender again and again, makes me feel proud of the sessions i completed and also motivated for wats to come next..

These videos are my FAVORITE. I love that its low impact for my joints that are basically pop rocks, but also uses weights for resistance and muscle building. Exactly what I need

This looks awesome. I do your kettlebell workouts daily. I’m doing this tomorrow! 💪🏿 Tip: if there is a move that is strenuous on your joints, do another move from the video instead. No quitting! You got this.

YES! I come across moves that I am just can't do at this point and I substitute it with something else (hopefully using the same muscle group). Just keep moving!

The warm up and cool down is what makes it all feel so achievable. I find it hard to warm up every time I workout but your videos make it so easy I love it ❤️

Heather, your workouts are consistently excellent, this one was no exception. I especially love the way you ease into the warm up, and cool down is also so relaxed....but what's in between is intense, well paced, and sooooo effective. Clearly a lot of thought goes into your programming. Thank you!

This is by far my favorite Heather workout! Repeats only once, combo moves, no jumping and i'm drenched with sweat everytime! Do you have any more like this one??? I like some others but none of them i found is like this with combination moves. More like this please!!!

I appreciate the time you take to make and post these videos. I just started to do them to help me increase my insulin sensitivity as I am a type one diabetic. I really like the no jumping routines.

Came back to this one from my early HR days. Such an amazing full body sweat sesh for sure. Low impact but high repetitions and even those extra five seconds per round really add up. Thanks for all the thought and creativity you put into these workouts Heather. Even when I have done them before I am still completely engaged and focused.

I freaking love your workouts, Heather. They have made the closure of my rock climbing gym so much more bearable and I am feeling just as strong (well, a lot stronger in my legs) as when it closed in March. You are wonderful. Please keep up the great work!

This was one of my favorites-- love the longer sets. Low impact, but HEAVY SWEAT! Thank you, Heather! You've been a godsend during 2020 (year of the closed gyms).

Wow, this is a fantastic workout. I really like repeating 10 different moves instead of repeating 4 or 5, AND all of the moves. They are new, fun, and challenging. Had me a great sweat sesh today. I'm on week 2 of the 6-week low-impact schedule, and I am in love with the quality of content you provide Heather! Thank you for all you do, I love your low-impact series!

I love these "no jumping" videos that make me really work up a sweat!! Heather is amazing. Very very effective and even though I can't do all the exercises I am building strength and endurance. Can't thank you enough!!!!

I’ve been doing your workouts for over a year now and just when I get up to high impact I got diagnosed with Graves’ disease. I’m always drained. But still pushing through and these types of workouts means more than you know! 🥰 thank you for keeping me fit and motivated 🥰
