Thank you for making a big variety of workouts. You get me trying things I never thought I could get into(power pilates, stability ball, yoga) or things I didn't think I had the strength or endurance to do(tabata, burpees, kettlebell). Did the 12wk HR programme back in the last lock down.. Then in October I was diagnosed with a blood cancer but now on treatment and this was my first session of fitness since recovering.... Now back on track and need to get strong... thanks Heather love your workouts

WOW! Who needs heat when you're doing this POWER Pilates? This will keep the fires burning for a while. OMG ! This was top notch tonight. So this is how the Canadians conserve energy, do Heather's Power Pilates and stay warm/ hot all night. No need for heat in Ma either. Love it!

Hi Heather and all my fellow sweat-seshers!! I want to thank you Heather for these amazing workouts! I lost my job late last year due to recession and the co-co. I feel so blessed that I have you to workout with on a weekly basis. It has help my self esteem and physical body! If all I do in a day is get up, get dressed and do my workout its still a plus in my books!

Brilliant! I’m a bit of a cardio junkie so am often a little sceptical of less intense workouts - but there’s nothing less intense about this Pilates Fusion session! A real challenge for my body, in different ways to what it’s used to. Very effective and enjoyable, thanks as always Heather!

i love that you can do both! The graceful, elegant fairy workouts AND the badass strength HIIT workouts with weights! And i love that i feel graceful with these workouts but i also love that i can be a sweating, grunting mess with you! Thank you!!!! I`m in the best shape of my life thanks to you!

My first Heather Robertson workout, FINALLY trying one out. And I'm glad I did. Certain exercises were beyond me (at least doing them for 40 seconds was), but I feel really good now. I did what I could and that's fine. And the music was good too. Thank you Heather!
