Makes me contemplate the perhaps quite often tricky balance and ethical dilemma of monetization of therapeutic and healing services in a capitalistic system. I had some very interesting and refreshing experiences staying at some Buddhist monasteries where all payment was surprisingly just optional and that was very inspiring and helpful on my healing journey and after various mixed experiences with psychotherapy.
