I was recommended the baby, bow and box pose by a Buddy who is also a Martial Artist...I have had tight hips for YEARS.. and couple other areas... and it's hindering my kicking ability... so I'm new to Yoga poses.. I've done a few before.. but REALLY wanna get more in to Yoga to increase my overall flexibility and mobility.. thank you for these videos!!!😇

Excellent. I am trying this pose along with Ustrasana daily and I feel my mind stays calm. Can you suggest me few more asanas that I can do on a regular basis for general body toning and how many seconds/minutes

Vinita dont hold the breath once you are in the pose have a deep breath. You can stay for 5 deep breathes to start with.

Thanks. As of now, I am doing an hr of running and then followed by 30 minutes of yoga that includes basic stretching, ustrasana, bhujangasana, malasna and chakki chalasana. Pls suggest the sequence so that i can do it more effectively
