I applied for my dream job overseas after working years to make myself the best possible candidate I can be, I finally have a diagnosis for my chronic illness and can work on maintaining my health as long as possible despite the degenerative nature of the disease I have. I want to thank you, Lena! I started watching about 6 months ago and you helped me see that the gym doesn't have to be scary. I've been going to yoga consistently for almost 2 years but for my health I need to be doing more strength training. I finally joined a gym a month ago because you gave me the courage to try! Thanks for the inspirational video. I think this is my "Positively Consistent" era. I need to work on habits and routines in general. In everything. But, I understand that I need some flex in there, too. As far as forgiving and letting go... one thing that has helped me make peace is just understanding that everyone is not perfect. We all have our quirks, issues, defects, etc. As much as toxic people that are close to us (like parents) drive us bananas, it helps to feel compassion. Here me out: When someone is being pushy, demanding and unreasonable, you could think, "Oh man, it's really gotta suck being so self-centered all the time." Just think about how you feel when you compromise in good faith, or offer to bag groceries for the old lady holding up the line in front of you, or going to sleep in peace knowing that you didn't need to tear anyone down. Feels great, right? Like you know that living in harmony with others and going with the flow brings so much satisfaction. Now imagine being the opposite, and going to bed thinking that people are out to get you and what a victim you are. It's kind of...sick, in a way. But that's it. We all have our own "sick" that we're dealing with. It helps me to be tolerant, patient and to forgive. Now, if I can remember to do that when warranted... oh yeah! This is my Positively Consistent Era 😂 Happy New Year, everyone! ⭐️

im in my healing, productive, and academic era. Im 15 turning 16 this year, im doing online school doing hs and college classes and this last 6 months have been so bad mentally for me. Ive been so hurt by friends and a guy and also by my parents and it felt like this past six months all i have been doing is fighting for a reason to live and fighting off any feelings of wanting to end my life. Its been so hard for me and i just really feel like i can see myself hopefully being happy this year. Here is to getting a second job, finishing my high school, plus first two years of college off, and healing my heart!!

2024 will be my disciplined healthy happy grown woman era. this year was sooo difficult for me that i didn't realize how badly i had spiraled into a depression, isolated myself from friends, and lost sense of who i am. i am happy to say that in the last month i've started to turn my life around and am excited to see what the new year will bring for me. happy new year everyone! let's make our dreams come true!

This year I am in my academic, abundance, and health girl era. I will have so many amazing experiences and learn how to manage and plan out strategies to help me with my school work. I will also plan out an excellent plan for eating healthy and try to have a daily walk. As well as drink water at least 5 times a day!❤😊
