J&T let me say thank you. I’m 58 and was doing a CV workout daily and added weight training every other day. I was only doing 15 minutes of weightlifting because it was boring. Found you guys a month ago and now I do strength training for 30 minutes every other day and I can see the difference. The music and how you break down the sets has made me a life long follower. You guys are Awesome.

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

Hey guys. I'm 36 and way out of shape. I've honestly never worked out really a day in my life. I decided I've had enough of being out of shape and my brother recommended I follow one of your workouts on youtube. So last night my wife and I followed along to this (I only did 2 10 lb dumbells since its my first time) and I am beat (in a good way). It's super intimidating to start working out when you don't know what to do or where to start. I didn't even want to go to the gym because I don't know what to do. You two have been a blessing to me. I have been doing this over a month. Though I don't see any change in my weight I have got an amazing inch loss and strength gain. I am not in a calorie deficit. So don't expect weight loss. This is easy to finish and effective

Aye yo!!! I was well over 300 (maybe even 400) lbs wearing a size 54 waist and 3x/4x in shirts at the beginning of last year. I'm at about 250 now wearing about a size 42/40 in waist and a 2x/xl in shirts. I watched this video discouraged that I wouldn't get through it. Here I am now 30 mins later proud to say I made it!!! Through those 40 secs, it's all about keeping form and doing as many correctly while pushing ourselves. Thanks guys!!! 🙏🏾🙏🏾💪🏾💪🏾

WEEK 1 DAY 2: I’m doing this challenge to jump start my workout routine… again lol, and to be honest, Im not excited to get up and workout just yet. The last challenge was great for me so I’m excited to stick with this one. Today’s workout wasn’t easy, but I got into the rhythm about halfway through and I feel good now that I’ve gotten it done. Super excited to get in the groove and start seeing progress.

You don't see results from doing a strength workout every couple of weeks. You need to do it consistently (2 - 3 times a week) and eat right.

@@MCFCity I didn't mean for it to sound like I only did strength work once every few weeks. I do strength work 3 or 4 times per week but I don't always do the same workouts. When I go back a repeat a particular workout after a few weeks, I can see the improvement.

This is one of my favorites. Great music fitting the movements and nice balance of abdominal work. I feel so balanced after doing this. I’m going to go for a run but it doesn’t feel like this work out killed me in advance to be able to do both. I like that.

This was brutal, but in a good way! Great video and great workout. Moved up to a heavier weight then usual, (4.5kg to 6kg dumbells) abit unsure at first but glad i did. Thank you once again. THANK YOU!! I can't believe I found this so quickly rather than looking though hours (literally) of aerobic exercises I can't do even though I used to do it often. 1KG here! I've not been exercising for 2 years due to extremely severe endometriosis with a tethered bowel in 2 places, part of which needs removing it's so severe. I gave up exercise 2 years ago because of the pain and can't even do the housework for long without setting it off. There were 2 or 3 I couldn't here but am experience enough to change to something I can do. This routine caused less pain than my housework! I think my lesson I've learnt tonight is to warm up now before housework. I am very overweight and stiff now due to lack of exercise and perimenopause but know how important exercise is at my age. Not to mention that being overweight makes endometriosis worse because fat cells increase estrogen. I am so, so glad I have found you. Your vid was educating too which is so important, as is 2 levels. The fact you don't repeat meant I didn't get bored which I so easily do. I will give it a day or 2 to see how long it takes to get over, but will aim to do this 5 days a week. I already have 3KG here waiting! Long post, but when you've been in so much pain and have avoided exercise on and off for years because of it, it's so amazing when you find something that you know will work for you. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!
