Mom of 5 here and you are so right about the kids not needing the junk! They need healthy habits and nutrient dense food too!

Because having some “junk” once a while will do harm? Yeah I don’t think so. If you want to remove any form of joy from someone’s life go ahead, but that doesn’t make them anymore “healthy”

@@dominus6224 I didn’t say they can never eat anything junkie as a treat. They just don’t need a house filled with that stuff. We try to have that stuff if we go out. Why did you immediately create a false either/ or?

The biggest one is weighing and tracking your food, and for some reason people are so resistant to doing this but it actually works. Ive lost 12 pounds since March being in a very small caloric deficit while keeping my protein high and continuing to lift weights 4 days a week which ive been doing for years. You also inspired me to add in some cardio on the stairmaster a few days/week and some core work. Finally seeing some abs but my booty has left the chat! Oh well, ill build it back again soon.

What do you do for glutes? Low bar squats 3x a week and hip thrusts 2x a week seem to do it for me. Just make sure to pause the hip thrusts because there's no stretched portion of the exercise to take advantage of -- I do 3 counts at the top, fully extended, then SLOWLY lower before powering up again.

Hello! Big fan 😁 I have been doing almost all these!!! Except, my diet isn't there yet lol I am however down 90 pounds over a 5 year period. I know that's long but I'm trying to show what it actually looks like to make the smallest steps and stick with them. Parking my car further and taking stairs makes all the difference!

🌴🌺 Thank you!!! I’m in a calorie deficit for the is prep but feeling great. It works. I was also tracking my intake on Weight Watchers. There I was really able to eat the appropriate amount of food and make healthier choices. I was very aware to not use up all my points in one meal.

Love you’re channel. I don’t have kids. But my husband is so opposite of me. Now, I can’t blame him for it all, but OMG he does not get it. He knows my downfall and still brings it home, as in sweets and chips. 😢😢

😊😊😊😊 Sameeeee. But I've been buying the low-Calorie version of what he eats. Like he loves ice cream, so I buy frozen yogurt. The yasso chocolste PB are my guilty pleasure. Or he loves chip. So I but popcorn, ritz cracker chips or quaker rice cakes. Once I got my taste buds acclimated to the swap, i crave those more than his snacks. 😋

Same here, until I asked him to join me. Of course, he enjoys looking so shredded in a short period of time . I, on the other hand, is still fluffy, although he no longer brings goodies home😂😂😂

Great Informations, thanks gurl❤ I drive my bike to the gym, so I get more movement in. Also bought a desk treadmill now, so I can walk while working. Trying to be more smart 😂🤟🏻Also summer is half over??? Gurl summer still didnt come to Germany ..*crying in the rain* 😢🥺

I know its good to push yourself. But how would you know when your pushing yourself too far? So your not so sore the next couple days you dont even feel like working out anymore. Or should you still push yourself even though your sore ?
