About Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada:
Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada is one of the top Japanese Chefs in the entire world and the most popular Japanese chef on KZbin.
At age 10, Terada learned the basics of sushi from his father and then went on to attend RKC Chef's School in Kochi, Japan from 1987-1989. I spent 15 of those years working on city farms and was astounded by grown adults asking if chocolate milk came from brown cows, mistook cows for horses (insisting that all cows are black and white) goats for wolves, ducks for geese or penguins, ferrets for meerkats and turkeys for peafowl, though we also had peafowl. I brought my dad home fresh duck, chicken and goose eggs which he just turned his nose up at not trusting the freshest and most natural eggs you could get! So many parents were ridiculously squeamish when it came to petting anything teaching their kids to be afraid of animals turning up in designer trainers and sandals, complaining about mud- it was so god damn pathetic. When they saw me picking blackberries on my lunch break they all thought they were poisonous! I'm since gone to the countryside and even here local are dumbfounded by me picking hawthorn, crab apples and making use of other free food. I'm in a homeless hostel and we're in a middle of a pandemic. You can't afford to not know about what you can and can't eat/where you can obtain food besides the supermarket. I'm steeping dandelions for jelly as we speak.
