this was powerful, that first seed pose, I broke down and cried so hard. I've just lost a good friend to cancer after 2 years of fighting for her life. I thought I'd cried all the pain out but I guess I was just pushing it down inside so I didn't have to keep dealing with the pain and loss. You are the best Kassandra, you keep me sane. I had done the root and sacral chakra meditation and this started straight after so I “went with it” and released a huge wave of grief. Painful but much needed. My “seed” at the end craved a winter in the ground before thinking about spring, so will be back to do this again and again until that seed wants to sprout. Thank you, a real gift.

It was weird, at first I couldn’t focus, it’s like I kept finding some part of my pose that was bothering me and then I realized I was just being hard on myself (inner child healing). Finally I gave in and realized I had to stop criticizing myself and that’s when I was able to follow through with the poses in a calmer state. Thank you so much for this ✨🙏🏼

I loved this-so much better than stress eating or bingeing on netflix to unwind!!! I'm a teacher, and distance learning has been so hard....little of the stuff I love about my job (socializing with kids & colleagues, constant movement, reassuring routines), but a lot of what I don't like (tech, billions of emails, daily+ meetings, so much paperwork and documentation). I want to do this everyday until the school year ends. It feels so good to JUST BE. Thanks Kassandra!

This is really my life-saving-sequence. If I am going through a hard time and really nothing seems possible to do this class works and is a real rescue. When I first looked at this class and saw 15 min of just Child's Pose, I thought - no way - too long for one pose. But I did the class and found it super relaxing and wonderfully healing after a long hard work day the previous day. I will do this class again. Thank you Kassandra - you are wonderful :)

What a wonderful practice from my absolute favourite Yoga teacher. I have arthritis particularly in my knees. I was unable to do the whole practice in Child’s Pose so moved to a Belly savasana, I hope this was ok. Always trying to do the best I can with what I have got. Thank you.x

Great class! I did it in the early evening as i was feeling stressed and anxious and i do feel better after doing the class. I feel more calm, relaxed, grounded, centred, connected to Self and Source. Feelings and thoughts did come up but i re-focused on the breath. It is also a good class to do in the evening and before bed as well as any time during the day. Thank you for doing this class and all the other classes you do! Have a wonderful evening. Namaste.

All the stress, anxiety and depression I'm facing through this quarantine left me so confused with myself. Wide legged child's pose is my favorite pose. I feel that it is the most beneficial pose for this unique system. Also puppy pose is super beneficial for this system.

Wow that was amazing. I needed that, cause right now in the state I live,"Minnesota" there having terrible riots and burning down buildings in Mpls and St.Paul. So.my stress has been threw the roof. Hi Kassandra, thank you for your classes! As a beginner, I really appreciate your 10-15 min sessions. I have tailbone pain (car accident and working sitting down all day), and I tried to do this practice but I find that my feet really hurt when I keep my feet and knees together and feel pressure in my belly. And with both variations my gluts don't touch my heels. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. I would really appreciate it if you could do a tutorial on proper form for child's pose.
