भाई मेरी उम्र 32 साल है और मैं रोज डेढ़ घंटा जो भी करता था रनिंग करता था पर अब मेरे कम से कम 20 दिन के बाद दोनों घुटनों में इतना दर्द हो रहा है कि मैं अब 10 मिनट भी नहीं रनिंग कर पा रहा हूं इसके लिए हम क्या करें

बहोत बढ़िया जानकारी दी है भाई👌 आपने बहोत ही निष्पक्ष और सिंपल तरीके से समझाया है👌👌भाई, मुझे जो तकलीफ हो रही है उसपे आपका मार्गदर्शन चाहिए ! मेरी उम्र ३४ साल है ! मैंने १जनवरी २०२२ से संकल्प किया था के मैं फिटनेस की ओर ध्यान दूँगा और इसीके चलते मैंने जॉगिंग शुरू की थी एक जनवरी से. पर चार दिन के बाद मैंने १००-१०० मीटर जोर से दौड़ लगाई थी. तब से मेरे दोनो घुटने दर्द कर रहे है तो आज २० जनवरी तक दर्द कर रहे है. अभी थोड़ा कम हुआ है घुटनो का दर्द. ऐसे में मैंने क्या करना चाहिए? ऐसा क्यों हुआ होगा मेरे साथ? और क्या नी कैप पहनकर दौड़ लगाना सही होगा??

@@AshwinKumarinbidar nahi bhai! I am not overweight. Just 70kg for 6 ft. Still I am getting right lower knee pain when I start running intially. Later it gets bcome normal when I kept running.
