These moves, you can do at home are perfect if you're just getting back into exercise after some time off! But remember, you need to take a look at your diet too - eat less processed food and drink less sodas. Eat more fresh, single ingredient meals and drink plenty of water throughout the day, if you really want to see results.
My mission is to show you that it is possible to transform your body in your 40s, 50s and older! Most women I meet want to get in shape but just don't know where to start. In this video I show exactly what you can do to start exercising and getting in shape!

started 3 days ago doing this and your 10 minute lower belly and find them so easy to find time and actally enjoy doing them followed by 30 minutes on treadmill

I'm enjoying this routine so far but I have a couple of questions. What weight do you recommend? I happened to see that you are using 2 kilo weights. Can we use heavier? Should we hold our stomachs tight and grip with flexed arms. I know this sounds pretty basic but I feel more guidance and information would be useful please.

i will try this everyday. i hope i get muscle back. my arms are really horrible. i am consering surgery, but i will try this for 3 months and eat healthy.

Yes please try this before surgery! Then when this gets too easy, try one of my longer arm workouts. Make sure you cut out all junk food and sugar to really help xx
