Wasn’t comfortable doing back rows or pushups while balancing on weights so I changed it for shoulder taps and regular pushups. The entire workout was amazing and explained very clearly. Thank you 💕

@Jordan Edouard it’s when your in tabletop position (like a plank but on your hands instead of elbows) then you touch one hand to your opposite shoulder (left hand to right shoulder, vice versa) and return to table top position. Then do it with your other hand and repeat. I hope I explained it clearly 😊

Today is my first day doing this workout and I feel amazing. I'm so proud of myself for doing the complete thing. I'm also happy that the moves were easy to do and I felt I could finish easily because they looked doable.

First day impressions:It arrived in a waist high box. kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 Each dumbbell was in its own foam box within the shipping box. Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

As I'm getting back into a fitness routine, I modified some exercises to make it easier; like the side shoulder raise where I didn't do the lunge, I did only the deadlifts, and at the end I did the plank instead of doing the full exercise. These modifications allowed me to complete all 3 rounds of this workout. Overall I always enjoy how clear your workouts are and how forgiving they are to beginners 😁

This is such a killer workout! There’s severe wildfire smoke in the PNW right now so I can’t get out for my regular runs and this is absolutely a life saver. I am dripping sweat. Thanks for an amazing resource-this is what KZbin is all about!

The best thing about this workout is how easily customizable it is. I used 1 and 3 pound weights because of my abysmal arm strength. I was sweating, but unlike many other workouts I’ve done, I can do all of these activities and I don’t have to stop halfway through them for another break.

This was a fun workout! The only thing I would suggest is to add a three- to five-minute warmup at the beginning or at least mention that a warmup should be done before doing this workout. My worry is that people, especially beginners, will jump into this workout cold and get injured. Warming up should be a non-negotiable, even if it takes a few extra minutes.

I would love more workouts like this, beginner friendly with some weights 😍 from an overweight potato couch to an everyday Madfit workout session that I not only enjoy but I am completely loving it. Your workouts are well structured not that I know stuff about workouts but simply your workouts work for me they are not boring and I just trust your knowledge and expertise so I know that what I am doing is totally benefting me. This was such a great workout! I loved how each move had a lot of steps so I didn’t get bored of doing the same movement. It also allowed me to use more muscle groups than if it was something simple like 45 seconds of plank, 45 seconds of squats, etc. I really love the vibe of this channel too. The pace and tone are relaxed and everything is explained well. Thanks so much for these videos!

Love love love your workouts Maddie!! One thing I've always wished is that someone would make workouts just like yours but with stretching routines directly after, stretching the area that we just worked. We all know that we have to stretch, so why not do it with you!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Awesome workout!! Thank you so much!! Just recently decided to start adding weights to my workouts, and this was excellent, especially living on the second floor!! Also, I love how simple (yet still difficult by round 3) the moves are, it doesn't take me like 2 rewinds to learn the moves! LOL Thanks again girl!!

Me and mom just completed this workout and I'm not a beginner...and it was still a little challenging. I love the 2 in one part about it u are working legs and arms in one move. Great workout girl keep the 15 min 2 n 1 workouts commin I feel like I get 30 min in just 15

WOW! This was great, I worked up a sweat and felt the burn. This was very easy to follow and slow paced enough where I wasn't falling behind. Towards the end it became easier, which each set my confidence went up. I can see myself doing this each morning and night.

I did it! My asthma has been bothering me but I made sure to breathe and I pulled through. Alhamduillah. Sweating a lot but I added to my workout playlist. Definitely going to do this one again. 👍

Oef, that was killer. I had to modify the last two exercises, did the sit-up and twist without weights and instead of the back row push-ups i just held a plank. Still killed me though. Looking forward to improving!

Perfect workout! I got back into it after skipping the gym for 4 days....🙃 Ive been doing your workouts for 4 months now and I have definitely noticed a change in my endurance. I have a long way to go on my fitness "journey" but I am so glad I found your channel. Your workouts always make me feel accomplished. BTW That last round almost killed me... but I did it!😆

Great no fuss workout, using weights improves bone density. I had a bit of trouble with the pushups in the last set so had to elevate my top of body using the sofa!

yo this is my second day of doing this workout (plus ur ab workout for beginners) and i have never been this sore! these workouts are great and i literally get sore right after. like i can barely move my legs 😅 but these are acc really great! thanks love

Hiii no shade, but immediate soreness can also be due to wrong posture! always ensure you're going slow while constantly checking your posture :D
