Slow chilled out focaccia making. It was a beautiful day so I had the bay door open with the sun shining in and the birds chirping. Enjoy!

Thanks Matt! I’m usually chopping videos, so aggressively and trying to make them quick and punchy. It was fun to just edit a long silent slow video!

:). These are being produced for sandwiches for one of our customers, so we keep them plain but otherwise those would be great toppings!!
