Starting on 12aug Waist measurement: 81 cm 😢 Day1: done Day2:done Day3: done Day4: done Day5: done Day6: done Day7:done Waist measurement is 78 cm😊🎉 I am so happy with the results. I will continue the exercise for another one week 💪 Day1: done Day2: done Day3: done Day4: done Day5: done Day6:done Day7:done Waist measurement is 77cm. I'm really glad 😊 I lost 4 cm in two weeks🎉🎉🎉🎉 I will keep working 💪

@niyatisharma9374 Yes. I did intermittent fasting for 14 to 16 hours a day. Now I'm still doing the same exercise but every other day. I mixed it with a strength workout 💪 The results are incredible.

Starting on 6th April 2024 Waist:85 cm / 33 inch Day 1: Done Day 2: Done Day 3: Done (10 days after New Year celebrations in our country) Day 4: Done Day 5: Done Day 6: Done Day 7: Done Day 8: Done Day 9: Done Day 10: Done Day 11: Done Day 12: (Rest day) Day 13: Done Day 14: (Skipped for a day) Day 15: Done Day 16:(Skipped for a day) Day 17: (Skipped today as well) Day 18: Done Day 19: Done Day 20: Done Day 21: (Rest day) Day 22: Done Day 23: Done Day 24: Done Update: I was way chubbier and fell under near obesity and after about 2 weeks everyone said I looked less chubby. I believe this works. You gotta keep doing it even if you skip, do it the next day. I walk 3 miles consistently indoors and do two chest workouts other than this. I eat with a portion control and drink mild hot water to burn fat. I will continue updating until I lose 6-7 inches. hey everyone! im gonna do this workout every day for a week or maybe more im already happy with my waistline but i really enjoyed the video and im curious about my results important!! i work out for an hour or two (depends on my mood and health) each day so im not a beginner! i also try to stay hydrated but i don’t follow any diet, my eating habits stay the same (i eat a lot actually) im 19, my weight is 55 kg and my waist is 65 cm so let’s gooo wish me luck!! Day 1: done Day 2: done Day 3: skipped because i had insomnia at night and then slept all day long (i added day 8 due to this) Day 4: done Day 5: done Day 6: done Day 7: done Day 8: done

This is my first day and I’m really looking forward to doing them, although I feel like I’m not gonna be able to do them for long. Today, I only did them for like 10 mins Day 1: did it for 10 mins, felt good Day 2: did it for 10 mins and I have bodyache😩 but I really hope its worth it Day 3: did it for 10 mins. Couldnt skip it as I needed to see the results earliest!! And I sweated ALOT today Skipped day 4 Day 5: did the WHOLE workout for the first time and the sweat is CRRAAZYYYY… also, I am seeing the results but I am not only working out but also avoided late night munching and trying to keep the dinner less I REALLY want to slim my waist for a major event thats coming up and I hope I get my desired results by then Day 6: did it till 13:30 because i just cant go any further. Sweat alot today byt im not sure if this workout is doing much Skipped for a week or something bcz i was sick Restart on 7th sept (1 day): obv did it for 11 mins. And sweat like crrazy and previously whatever I did I think my weight has gained

I did it 5 days a week and IF 16/8 together with eating clean food, I ate about 1,500 Kcal a day. not to eat fried food, stew, and fast food as much as possible. @@arianaujo1293

Day 1: ✅️ I got tired quickly, I realised I have been stiff for too long. I also took breaks inbetween for a few seconds to calm down 😭 I feel like I worker harder on my left side. Day 2: ✅️ Today, I could do everything more easily. I still had to gove myself breaks to calm down. I swear alot. I did another exercise before this aswell for 10 minute's and have changed the amount of food I eat. Day 3: ❎️ I felt tired all day so I didn't do anything. Day 4: Got much easier to do. Slight difference.

93 rd day of my belly workout excluding 15 days of rest in between ! Finally after four days of rest in this month back to exercise without exercise I don't feel fresh and positive Iust exercise at least fifteen days to feel absolutely right and light and positive it definitely keeps me awake and positive and makes me feel light ! Mizis workouts are awesome no repetition and always something new types !

Hi:) Inhale as you prepare, exhale while executing movements such as lifting your leg or twisting your torso, and then inhale again upon returning.

Hola soy nueva suscriptora,me gustaron tus vídeos,me encantan las rutinas de ejercicios de pie,son efectivos, pero tenemos que tener habitos alimenticios saludables, tomar agua,para que funcione mucho mejor, debemos dejar toda la comida chatarra y bebidas dulces.

Hey if I wanna loose weight from the whole body - what order would be best to do your workouts? I know you have quite a few different videos and I wanna try them all but I only do max 20 mins a day since I work 9 hours a day
