Every time we don’t see Mrs. Kitty for awhile I get nervous lol. Love her guest appearances 🐈⬛ also, loved this one! I know we hate repeating, but it’s vital for building strength. This one had a “ladder flow” vibes that felt like a great compromise. Thank you Heather!

That was my FAVOURITE no repeats to date! It was clever, fun also tough! But I agree sometimes I don’t feel like I get enough muscle fatigue in certain areas on no repeats but that was cleverly done to maximum burn and boy did I feel it 😊 that was fantastic. Thanks again Heather for giving us the gift of home workouts and honestly I’d be a lost cause without you 😘

I was wondering if you can create a video with explanation and demonstration of a proper technique for lower body and abs exercises . hey there! i’m no heather but i have been working out for a little over a year and have done some major research. when i was starting out i was really lost especially in the glute area. the only way i figured out how to target them was with certain exercises and a lot of exercise and learning the mind to muscle connection. the workouts i do for my glutes are glute bridges, fire hydrants with a band, leg presses on the weight machine, and bulgarian split squats. they really help me to target my glute area, and within the past year with consistency, my glutes have grown about 3 inches!

Squatting bothered my knees and legs for a long time. This has helped me build the strength and now they don't bother me anymore. Thank you for the progression, the challenges, smiles, and of course, fun! You are amazing and I am so glad that I found Heather Robertson just a little over a year ago. It has been my go-to way to work out, strengthen, and build up my cardio. I recommend her to all my friends.... ALL THE TIME! Thanks for all that you do!

What a fun no-repeat HIIT. I've been doing HR workouts for 18 months and don't think I've ever done one that was set up like that, with sets of similar reps that get progressively harder. More like this please! I could also have gone another 5-6 minutes. Thanks for that, and everything you do.

This was such a great workout. Perfectly placed workouts. Intense but still doable and I actually felt good afterwards and not wore out. The blue was also so calming for me. One of the best cardio workouts I’ve done in a long time. Thank you. Just what I needed.

In the past five years i have had knee surgery, shoulder injury and hysterectomy. I started doing these workouts about a year ago, during covid. I am blown away by how great, strong and powerful these workouts make me feel. Thank you Heather! At 55, best shape of my life!!

Another fab workout. I've never commented on this aspect of your sessions but I abs love apana kriya energy movements that you've incorporated. I love yoga and I'm a huge fan of Shiva Rea. Best no-repeat workout on KZbin! I can not express how much I love this one! It’s a no repeat, so you know that a horror-exercise will not come again. Still, you start with the “easiest” version of one movement, so that you can first improve you form before perform a slightly modified exercise with a higher pace. Aaaaand all of the big muscle groups are activated. Thank you heather for such high quality content!

Just what I was needing today! The explosive moves really got me into the high intensity zone most of the time, and the core work was a nice break that I could easily sub out for extra cardio and my Physio moves. Music was great, too.
