First time I tried this workout I only lasted 15 minutes, the second time 20 minutes, the third time 25, after that I've been able to finish the whole workout! I've been doing it for a month and I've tried a different one by other ladies and I just couldn't get obsessed like I did with this routine! I've lost weight by doing this on my off gym days and eating healthier. Thanks Heather, I really enjoy working out w/ you!!

Was in a really bad mental state due to some family problems. But still managed to get my today's workout done and now I'm feeling much better. Not only that, but now I feel like yes, there's light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you so much Heather for making me feel better. Ofcourse they help physically, but mentally too. Just did this 30 weeks pregnant with second baby (with some modifications of course!) - I can't express enough how valuable this channel is to me! Been following and doing your workouts for a few years now and it has helped me actually enjoy this second pregnancy!

10 minutes in, hit a WALL. Paused the workout, got my breath back, drank water and carried on.. once I’m past that wall I’m good to go, although it might be less fast paced it still gets done and I feel great for doing it💦 Thank you Heather! The no equipment workouts are my favourite everrrrr

I’ve been alternating between this and your killer 40 min hiit for the past week, it’s been absolutely amazing! This is one of my favorite cardio from Heather! I use to not cardio at all but since Heather it's changed. She makes it so tolerable and the fact that I know it will all be over in 30-45 seconds makes it even better :) Active cal around 210 highest HR 165.

Hey Heather, I would like to suggest you to do a combination of Strength and Hiit cardio workout where the strength portion is done for a longer interval while the hiit cardio is tabata styled.

Currently doing the January calendar and just finished this workout 💪. Really enjoyed it. I know alot of people ask how many calories so thought I'd share mine (of course everyone's body is different so calories burned will differ). Based on my Fitbit, I burned 216 calories (height = 5'1 and weight 117 lbs).

Day 1: this was hard. I was very winded by the end. Day 2: it was just a tiny bit easier than the first time Day 3: I did an HIIT yoga workout Day 4: I did this workout again, and I was able to keep up with many of the workouts at Heather’s pace. I’m disappointed it’s getting easier. I don’t feel as winded by the end. I am very sweaty however, so I guess that’s a good thing

I got to tell you last week’s January calendar workout was super hard and I’m completely in rest mode this weekend. For almost two months I had reached plateau and I wasn’t losing any weight (but getting stronger) until last week you broke my plateau and I lost another two pounds in a week. I've been doing many of her workouts since quarantine started and HIIT is my favorite type. This video is now DEFINITELY one of my top 5 of her whole list of HIIT workouts. LOVE IT!
