Namaste. Thnx for the wonderful assistance in diabetes. I have made your jowaar roti and it came out excellent. I then freeze it ( already rolled out and on the tawa etc ) but it doesn't freeze well. It breaks on the tawa when I reheat it. Any suggestions?

free range cow's milk are pcos friendly. I buy milk locally and make curd with it. Remember all processed foods should be avoided to manage pcos. hope this helps you, dear :)

I started eating ragi mudde / ragi balls for lunch from 3 weeks to reduce weight. Now I feel my hair fall has increased drastically. Is ragi goitrogenic? I'm not a thyroid patient but got a blood test recently but in that my Vitamin d levels are very low and I also have excess androgens due to which I have excess hair on the chin too. Can you please suggest natural ways to reduce my androgens and reduce the hairfall. I have not taken any medicines yet trying to reduce by food

I have to reach office atlst 5mnts before 7am.. so I can't prepare lunch. Many times I fail to have brkfst too..& if I have brkfst most of the times it is not good for pcos because I get no time to prepare something. Many times I skip lunch(atleast 3 days in a week) due to too much work. I can't go to eat as it will delay my work & I can't go home at time. Almost daily when I eat lunch I eat in canteen which is not healthy. How will I manage my eating habits ??please suggest. I am PCOS patient & married. Office timing don't allow me to cook food many times, leave alone healthy food.

I am thyroid patient , weight loss was a dream and i see its happening.I have few questions. 1)when i am following your diets, my old problem i face is constipation. Help me how to reduce constipation. i am trying many ways nothing helps in these years.I used to make chapathi with castor oil or drink it also nothing helps. 2)I am a vegetarian i don't prefer to eat egg also. how can we incorporate other vegetables like bitter gourd, bhendi, ridge gourd,dondakaya by following your diet plans 3)is mustard oil good for cooking? starting your day with fresh seasonal fruit or dry fruit is the best thing you can do to your body. 1 or two slices or pappaya, 1/2 mango, 1 banana etc are other options. You can have your breakfast after 30-40 mins or 1 hour later. A good healthy lifestyle will give you more energy levels too :)
