Just the preparation warm-up for this workout is so highly efficient, skilled and crafted to perfection, only through years of work and continuous improvement is such a brilliantly short but powerful set of movements put together, and the workout itself is pure strength and combat efficiency, solid work as always

That clean to thruster is an amazing sr nothing based gasser!! Plus it’s easy to teach people! The kettlebell long cycle still to this day the one movement that to me mimics that deep water feeling of a fight but the long cycle takes much more to learn and teach someone… I’m still a student myself compared to the pros

@@PhilDaruStrong damnnn i can’t believe you replied to me bro!!! Much love and respect keep doing what your doing G fr I don’t see anyone really doing fight training like this I train up at the mma lab in phoenix and your workouts have helped me a lot also just your general approach to it is refreshing your super intelligent and make it easy to understand the more complex stuff I been boxing and wrestling my whole life and you very quickly find out when you ask why a lot of people don’t know or care to know so hearing the how and why is for me what makes it all come together and that’s what I really love about your channel

Awesome stuff as usual. I’ve been incorporating a very similar kettlebell complex into my workout. One difference is I end with the rows rather than start with them. I’m an only using 1 kettlebell and switching hands. Would the rows not fatigue your core and legs too much before hitting the squats and not pushes? Btw I really appreciate the explanation behind the benefit of this style of workout. I’m a purely recreational athlete playing touch rugby now and I find this kind of complex has helped my power endurance to sprint while playing.

What weight kettlebell would you recommend for a 70kg male?
@rtb75387 ай бұрын
I'm a lean (ish) 96kg and I use 24kg double kettlebells for most workouts and occasionally a 32kg single kettlebells. So if you're new to kettlebell training I'd go double 16kg.

Should i treat this as a whole days worth of exercise? with the warm up + routine + core work it seems like a 30ish minute session. I know the 10 minute routine is intense but is it enough for the entire day? Should i do other stuff?
