I‘ve been doing Pilates with you for more than a year now and several times a week. Recently I tried a few other instructors but I keep on coming back to you because you are the very best. You explain and show in detail, what to look out for, where I have to feel it etc, something many don’t put too much emphasis on. Your exercises are gentle but also tough so it’s the perfect mix! I wouldn’t do online Pilates with anybody else, I really appreciate that your putting your content online! Thank you very much Katja!

Hi Katja, The first time doing this it really made me sweat. Only one movement I couldn’t do at the beginning the side leg & wait, due to managing my lower disc . I did the 1 leg & opposite arm raise instead. Was very good thank you. 👏🏽🌹🦋✨ Muna x

I’ve been unable to exercise as I normally do because of a back injury. I’m so thankful I found your channel! The care you take to provide clear and safe instructions is very much appreciated. Your teaching encourages me to take care of myself while going through the routines, not push myself into pain as I have always done. After just two weeks, my core feels stronger, my back more supported. No matter the course of my injury, I feel like I’m learning a whole new way to care for myself from you and I look forward to continuing with your classes! Thank you!
