This is the 5-Minute Relaxing to release tensions, Restore Energy and scan whole body to heal.
Relaxing is very important for your body and mind, during the Qigong Practice daily. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to relax your body at the end of the Exercise Time, to release tensions, heal and make your body and mind relaxed.
You can apply this 5 minutes at the end of Qigong Exercise time or during the day that you need to relax and rest.

Thank you Brother Insight! I usually do this exercise several times per week. It helps me cope with my psychosis. My psychosis makes me tired. There are so many visits to the psychiatry, doctors appointments and stuff. It's exhausting and annoying. But I try to fill my life with positive moments. And to spend time with people I love. Please don’t make people believe they will heal while resting a few minutes. Somme illnesses can not be healed whatever the relaxing.

lol , my goodness. Stop taking everything so literally. This is to help and calm the mind for 5 min. Of course it doesn’t heal all illnesses. 😂🤣😂
