Captain Doom bhai garam paani pee poora saal , workout bhi nhi kroge naa tb bhi thoda bahut asar pdega. Garam paani piyo. Most trainers push the boys to add weight. They add weight but their form gets bad and their MMC gets lost. Trainers should teach to correct form and build mind connection with muscle. The challenge is to increase weights with correct form and establish MMC.

He is sharing his EXPERIENCE. Technique is never pull heavy weights, because it will just cause injury. Always try to use weights that your body can fully afford, so you are not damaging your joints or parts. 👍

Awesome video First time jab me Jim Gaya or Mene bench press lagaya to Mene trainer se puchna ki sir ye chest is exercise hai par mujhe to kuch feel nahi hua ki Mene chest ka workout Kiya Uske Baad Mene excercise ke time concentrate karna start Kiya tab Mene feel Kiya muscle ke har movement ko. sir, in 100g sweet potato has about 20g carb and about 4g natural sugar. From 20g carb, 80 calories come. But from 4g sugar what amount of calorie comes ????? bcoz when i am going to calculate total calorie intake i have to consider sugar also . is 1g sugar = 4 cal ?? so from 100g swet potato 96 cal comes ????

We can not even get the answers from our local gym trainer..Once I have golfer elbow pain. But I did not know its reason,even it's name. Gym trainer suggested it is from calcium problem. But it was a joking theory he suggested. But I saw your video.and I got the answers. Each and every video from you is a guidance through our fitness,life style goals.. A big thanks to you sir..

Bhai mat le indian supplement. Take foreign supplement. budget nhi toh eggss khao protein powder mat le.. but dont take indian brands. They sell soyabean powder instead of whey protein. You will not get any result.
