Hiii! So, im gonna track my progress to keep myself accountable lol, yes in the comments so other people know that it is in fact, worth it. For context: Ive been doing the waist slimming workout video (the other 8 mintue one) of hers, so my core is a bit stronger too so I might do two runs (esp since this first one felt kinda easier? Might be doing it wrong) Day 1: While def a challenge, i think Ive done at least half of the new exercises wrong LOL, always starts like that for me. Worry not! I’ll be back to continue and improve my form.

Inprint your spine and than try. Do not let your lower back arch trought the exercise. If it continues than go to see a doctor

Great workout, really felt it. But the sound quality was poor, difficult to hear you over the loud music (and the barking dog!), and it was full of ads, both yours and KZbins. So sadly it wasn’t an amazing experience. I might try another because your teaching was good, but if there’s more of the same I won’t be back! I’m not trying to hate, by the way, just offer some constructive feedback ☺️

it does work, I’ve been doing her videos for quite some time and they do work. Be bitter somewhere else. She also emphasizes in every single video description how strength training has to be combined with good nutrition, cardio and other fat loss / strength workouts in order to get you results.
