my teenage daughter is a kick boxer. she saw me doing yourabs vids and said that cannot be hard my abs routine is harder. I told her get on the mat with me. Do you know what? she couldn't finish the video cause 'too hard'😂

i really love this workout it seems to be a perfect one for that stubborn lower belly fat, Iam gonna do it for 14 days and post the results edit: i haven’t seen any major change in 14 days, maybe a tiny minor change ( u can see i have posted a vid) i am gonna continue 30 days since i like this workout day 1✅ day 2✅ day 3: ✅ day 4: break day 5: ✅ day 6:✅ day 7: ✅ really enjoying this i think today bcz of PMS it was much harder to do and burned more :D day 8: ✅ day 9: break day 10: break ( period) day 11: ✅ day 12: ✅ day 13: ✅ day 14: ✅ day 15: ✅ day 16: ✅ day 17: ✅ day 18: break day 19 ✅ day 20 ✅ day 21: break day 22: ✅ day 23: break day 24: ✅ day 25: break day 26: ✅ day 27: ✅ day 28: break day 29: ✅ day 30: ✅

Love your videos! I do one 6 days per week and I am seeing results! I am a former Pilates instructor and love that your workouts are Pilates-based. Oh, and my dog Tater started to bark when he heard Teddy!😂🐕🧘🏻‍♀️

Hiii! So, im gonna track my progress to keep myself accountable lol, yes in the comments so other people know that it is in fact, worth it. For context: Ive been doing the waist slimming workout video (the other 8 mintue one) of hers, so my core is a bit stronger too so I might do two runs (esp since this first one felt kinda easier? Might be doing it wrong) Day 1: While def a challenge, i think Ive done at least half of the new exercises wrong LOL, always starts like that for me. Worry not! I’ll be back to continue and improve my form.

Inprint your spine and than try. Do not let your lower back arch trought the exercise. If it continues than go to see a doctor

Great workout, really felt it. But the sound quality was poor, difficult to hear you over the loud music (and the barking dog!), and it was full of ads, both yours and KZbins. So sadly it wasn’t an amazing experience. I might try another because your teaching was good, but if there’s more of the same I won’t be back! I’m not trying to hate, by the way, just offer some constructive feedback ☺️

it does work, I’ve been doing her videos for quite some time and they do work. Be bitter somewhere else. She also emphasizes in every single video description how strength training has to be combined with good nutrition, cardio and other fat loss / strength workouts in order to get you results.
