www.buymeacoffee.com/Barlates Welcome to the Endurance 90 Series. These workouts use intervals of 90 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest to build your endurance and strength. The workouts are designed to fully fatigue your muscles and to take you to another level of focus and technique. Your balance and coordination will be challenged and your muscles will feel the burn!
In Endurance 90 Cardio Sculpt you will see higher intensity cardio intervals mixed with squat and kick combination moves as well as mat exercises to work your abs, chest and thighs.There are lots of variations shown so it is a workout you can grow with, do not attempt the advanced variations until you are comfortable with the modifications. It's nearly 40 minutes of non-stop work to torch fat and sculpt lean muscle. Finish with an elongating stretch at the end!

You're so welcome! That's a challenge with the heavier dumbbells, just make sure you don't injure yourself with some of the twisting moves ❤

Hi Linda, these kind of 90 minutes endurance workouts are definitely the best low impact but high intensity workouts ever. Even though I’m very fit, these ones really put me to work. Thank you so much and please keep making more like these.

If you make your ankle weights into a weighted belt it feels really balanced and also makes the upper body exercises tougher 😊

I really LOOOOOVE this workout it was perfect, I was sweating a lot with low impact movements, a lit bit of stretching, and it helped me a lot with a back injury, with my mental and emotional health.THAAAAANK YOU!!!! PEACE!

Hi Linda I just finished your endurance 90 sculpt workout and it was an intense sweatty mess workout. My heart Was pounding from the getgo .And my arms and butt where In fire!!! .Thnx for your workouts even though u kill us all the time.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

These kind of workouts will definitely challenge even the most seasoned exerciser. The longer intervals and compound movements will use so many muscles that you didn't even know you had! There will be more coming!! 😀

Hi Linda! I love your workouts; they are hard and effective. I am curious, since I attend adult ballet classes, and I was told I should only do pilates, and not any type of workout is suitable for anyone who does ballet, can you tell me if all your workouts are proper for someone like me? I don't want to build the wrong muscles. Thank you.

Hi Maria, most of my workouts are body weight, which is the same principle as Pilates. As long as you don't do the ones with heavier weights then you will be fine with all my other workouts. They will only make you stronger for your ballet and will definitely not add any bulk or wrong muscles 😀

Awesome! I was especially looking for some cardio. Also, I wanted to ask if you can recommend one of your workouts that would help me be able to hold my side grande battement. That's the biggest challenge for me right now.

Any of the grand battement holds require glute, hamstring and quad strength as well as core stability and strength so working on all these muscles will definitely help you improve. If you have ankle weights then you could try my ankle weight front and back of thighs workout: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gn2wo5eLa8yKkKs Also any workouts using the resistance loop will be great. I have playlists for lower body and cardio sculpt on my youtube channel, which you can work your way through. Pretty much any of the workouts apart from the weighted ones would be helpful :)

Great video very realistic workout 👌 👏 in real time I just I have one little issue ll the white makes the video look washed out like super super bright almost florescent white its an unexplainable effect I've never seen it on a video before and it's not pleasant at all and iam super surprised no one else said anything .

haha, I've never heard that one before fluorescent! Maybe turn the brightness down on your screen? It is dependent on the time of day I film, so yes, the white can be a bit bright at times, however, I try to wear dark colours so you can always see the positioning of my body easily against the white background.
