I like to change up my exercises so this will be a new one that I will try for about 3 years. I just want to see how I am going to get stronger and how I'm going to tone up my body by doing the same exercises.

Dipende dai tuoi obiettivi e dal tuo livello di allenamento. Se stai cercando di aumentare la resistenza, allora potresti esercitarti almeno 3 o 4 volte a settimana. Se stai cercando di aumentare la forza, allora 2 o 3 sessioni di allenamento a settimana dovrebbero essere sufficienti. In ogni caso, assicurati di fare un giorno di riposo tra le sessioni per dare al tuo corpo il tempo di recuperare.

Yes, you can use weights if you want to add an extra challenge to the exercises. However, it is not necessary. You can do the exercises without weights and still get a good workout.

Idk why he says it depends. He calles himself a workout guru, so he definitely knows that it takes years with workouts like this in the video to get such results. Dont believe everything bruh. No single person gets results in 1 week. Especially not with these soft workouts.

Watching how the fat melted away day after day was very surprising, I just did what I was talking about and within the first 14 days or so I was visibly defined, I just go'ogled Baker Henistole and after 30 days I actually developed strong pecs for the first time in my life lol!
