Bought in the summer of ladder Features for training. Well there are special pegs which can be hammered into the ground to strengthen on the grass. And it is correct that there is Velcro, it sticks well and stays in the assembled position. Glad I bought this ladder because it develops coordination of movements, I became more fit and agile.

I can’t believe how from the country side of the Philippines kids’ play is actually a foot coordination work out. This is just one of our play as a child because parents can’t afford to buy expensive toys or don’t wanna spend money for toys. Wow very healthy for the kids. We are so lucky

Great video! Thank you for sharing it! I did want to ask, however, on the Icky shuffle, your trailing foot does not touch the ground. As I learned it, the trailing foot should touch the ground, although I was never given any reason for this. Is one way better than the other? Thank you again!

This ladder is a really nice stuff for soccer training. This model has thick straps, they don't get tangled up in legs (I had that problem with my previous ladder). Also liked the bag that comes in the kit.

You are supposed to do that. When you do that, it generates more realistic situation when game time comes. If you run out of an exercise, you are training your body to stop and go and change direction into a run.
