A good level for me, always great tips, especially the rotisserie chicken imagery 😅 I upped the practice level by having a kitten stealthy attacking my feet/ head in various poses !

Yes please!!!! Homebound teacher here. Normally we teachers are on our feet moving around for much of the day. Now I'm sitting at a computer for hours on end. Yoga has always been good to me, but now is indispensable. I would LOVE and make good use of quarantine challenge. Thank you Tim!

Thank you so much for the new video!! I do your videos all the time, and my usual go-to is the hour long format. This class is exactly what I want for my at-home practice. This flow was a good solid intermediate 2/3. I don't generally do inversions but I appreciate that you give us the opportunity in your classes. You're by far my favorite on-line instructor.

This was great! I feel like most classes that are leaning towards advanced loose their sense of flow, and this class was not like that. The flow felt great and consistent! Thanks, Tim.

Great class by the way! I love those 50 min level 2/3 sequences it is so much more challenging even though the twisted triangles are so difficult for me. But I guess I the more I practise the easier it will become. Could we ask for more of them please? I feel so good, so calm, so light after a yoga class. It’s just magic! Thank you so much Tim!

We would, of course, appreciate new videos every day but I think making a monthly schedule of your past videos with additional new ones would be just amazing! If you haven't already, I strongly suggest checking out the conscious movement community that you can access via my website - yogawithtim.com - there I post longer/more in depth videos that take us into more arm balances and I have poses like handstand broken down so you know how to safely get into and out of them! You get to try your first 2 weeks free so why not try it out :)
