@@xVouxe You could look up beginner courses on piano, and/or you could look up the best piano books for beginners. I recommend starting with "A Dozen a Day" (warm & scales book), Any reccomended theory book, & a repetoire/pieces book, all in the level gr.1 tho you could start with any set of gr.1 books you wish, but I reccomended at least 1 scale/warm up book, a theory book, and a pieces/repetoire book. Start with the theory book to learn what each key is on the piano, what a time signature & key signature is, etc. then go on to scales, keys, etc. till you get the hang of them. then move on to warm ups & pieces Usual practice sessions start with a warm up (could be any simple or complex bit of music, usually short but some pianists use a bit of another piece to warm up), then go on to playing a piece over & over again until you iron out the problems. Repeat the next day. Warming up is not necessarily required but it can help, ESPECIALLY if you are just starting out I reccomend not skipping warm ups. Remember to practice scales, etc. & a few theory sheets often. Doesn't have to be every day, but try to make it regular. Tip: When playing - • Sit up right (you can change your posture once you've gotten more comfortable with piano) • play with the pads and tips of your fingers (I was always told as a kid to think of it like spider hands, don't have your full finger on the keys) • REMEMBER THE METRONOME! (If you want to improve well-being, you'll have to use a metronome. It helps SO much with rhythm & tempo) •Always go at your own pace (when you first start something it will take time to get it up to speed, start as slow as you need and work up in small increases) If you have any questions on how to be able play parts you just can't seem to get or questions on anything else let me know. I know this is an old video, but thank you! I've already felt improvement after 2 days of doing this routine. My job requires lots of typing/clicking and I do a lot of crocheting to relax. These movements have loosened my fingers and wrists in ways I never thought were possible.

Age:14 Weight :58kg Height :5,4 Doing it for a week ,will keep updated : Day 1:im excited, little sore Day 2:relaxed Day 3:same as the previous day Day 4:my fingers look slim Day 5:i think my hands are a bit slim and some bones are slightly visible Day 6:seems slimmer and a mm longer Day 7:good results, recommended Everyone has different body types and weight soo don't think you will get results in 1 week it can take minimum 3 weeks soo fighting 😂😅

так начнем хехе 1 день: особо ничего не изменилось, руки устали 2 день: руки не уставали уже, результата пока не видно 3 день: все легко и уже небольшой результат есть 4 день: это работает 5 день: мои пальцы уже намного 6 день: очень нетрудно выполнять и мне теперь нравится смотреть на свои пальцы 7 день: супер 8 день: тоже самое 9 день: зачет, на этом я закончу писать, буду продолжать делать, мои пальцы стали краше

@@olilondonslotion oh idk tbh I have small fingers so I saw the result immediately it doesn't take much time try it out for some days maybe a week or two it's even relaxing I did it after my workouts or before going to bed like a stretch routine hope it helps u

I did this and became my habit every day, I do it unexpectedly when im watching something or stretching my hands after painting in a long period of time, id say this was helpful

Okay. I'm gonna try doing this. Day 1- ✅️ Felt fine Day 2- ✅️NO change but it felt more intense and harder than yesterday ---- I'll be updating for 2 weeks!!

Trying this! Day 1:👍 it felt good it hurt Day 2: 👍Felt good it didn't hurt as much but it changed just a little Day 3:👍did it at 12am due to boredom feel a slight change doing it currently now at 2pm Day 4: 👍did it nothing different Day 5:👍 same as day 4 Day 6: 👍 same Lost track but it's now November 12 2022 My hands looked much different

day one: my fingers are aready leaner and thinner! but only a few minutes after the exercise day two: not a lot of change, but feeling better! day three: lmao I did this like ten times today, but I can defo see the difference!!! better knucklebones and thinner fingers! day four: my fingers hurt so much today, so I just played piano for longer :D day five: I can see the literal HUGE DIFFERENCE, I don't need to stretch my fingers out to palm a basketball that much anymore!

Doing this for 2 weeks. Lechugo!!!❤ Day 1: this was actually so good i felt like i don't move my hands a lot so this was the perfect exercise. Day 2 : Done!!! Day 3 : Done!!! I still don't see a big difference but lechugoo!!! Day 4 : Done!!! Day 5 : Done!! Day 6 : Done!! I feel like my hands are gettinh slimmer!!! Day 7 : i was busy for this past 2 days so i skipped T.T but i did it today for 3 times and my hands are SORE!! But i love ittt heheh Day 8: Done!!! Day 9 : Done!!! Day 10 : Done!!!!! Day 11 : Done!!! My hands are changing!!! Day 12 : Done!!! my hands are getting more beautiful!! Day 13 : DONEEE!!! I noticed a big change in my hands i could be hallucinating ksksks but it's really working hehehe Day 14 : DONE my hands did change!! This was a really good exercice i totally recommend it❤!!!

ちょうど手がとても浮腫んでいて指輪の跡がくっきりできていたのですが、このエクササイズを1回しただけで消えました!😂✨ あと、いつも手が冷たく、爪の色も紫っぽいのですが、手が温まって爪もピンクになりました🙄ありがとうございます!続けたいと思います!

Начинаю параллельно эти упражнения 31.08. 23- первый день: очень классные упражнения, чуть сложные но это ничего. Надеюсь буду продолжать не отрывая, ещё хорошо будет если нанести крем на руки так легче. Кстати можете пожалуйста залайкать, чтобы не потерять 01.09.23- тренировки сделала ✅ 02.09.23- сделала, немного странные упражнения , между собой очень похожи, надеюсь будет результат😢 03.00.23 ✅ пока ничего

Dia 1: ✅Normal, me dolió un poco, pero normal. 17/03/2022 Dia 2: ✅Normal, no dolió ni nada, todo muy bien. Sentí las manos mas relajadas.18/03/2022 Dia 3: ✅Sentí las manos un poco tibias después de los ejercicios, no dolió ni nada, todo bien, muy relajado. 19/03/2022 Dia 4...✅ No fue malo, en realidad todo es muy corriente, no hay dolores, o espasmos o lo q sea, todo muy bien uwu 20/03/2022 Dia 5... ✅Igual q los anteriores días. 20/03/2022 Dia 6... ✅ Dia 7...✅ Dia 8 ....✅ Dia 9....✅ Dia 10...✅ Dia 11....✅ Dia 12....✅ Todo sigue igual :P Dia 13...✅ Dia 14...✅ Dia 15...✅ Dia 16....❌ Dia 17....❌ Dia 18...❌ Dia 19...✅ Dia 20...✅ Dia 21...✅ Dia 22...✅ Dia 23...✅ Dia 24...✅ Dia 25....✅ Dia 26...✅ Dia 27....✅ Dia 28....✅ Dia 29....✅ Dia 30....✅ Conclusión: funciona, no veo en un 40% los cambios fisicos en mis manos, perolas noto mas ligeras y los dedos ligeramente mas delgados y hace q se vean un poco largos nwn Creo q voy a seguir haciéndolo el próximo mes.

Doing this for 10 days!❤(its finished!!!💖) Day 1-My fingers are very skinny but not bony so i will start this excersise!its a bit hurtful but in relaxing later,i am excited for the results! Day 2- Surprisingly my knuckles are a tiny bit more visible in a short Time! Day 3-I am super schocked on how well this worked😮!!!today i didnt go to school so i had alot of free time,i did this like 8 times💀(yes i seem crazy)but my fingers are very longer than day 2! Day 4-I was getting an AC in my room at morning so I only did this 2 times after the ac was plugged in I do see a slight difference than day 3 tho Day 5-My cat died today I was very sad today😔I only did this 2 times,but knuckles can be seen a tiny bit more Day 6-Did it 3 times today,same as day 5 Day 7-(I forgot to do day 7)💀 Day 8-I am gonna do an extra day since I forgot to do day seven but whatsoever I do see slight improvements Day 9-My fingers look longer than before so as slimmer,I'm seeing good improvement!❤ Day 10-I only did this 1 time today because I was sooo sleepy the whole day but whatsoever same as day 9 I will keep it up at day 11 Day 11-Amazing results!i am inlove with my hands!i recommend this excersise alot❤❤❤❤❤❤ thank you ❤
