Hank has a short-range zone/setup attack; where he sprays his opponent with WD40 for split second stun and knockback. Skilled players can use this along side his "propane toss" arcing shoto to add an exploding AoE effect.

I also like the idea that an EX version of the WD40 has him open one WD40 can with another to give it extra range or active frames.

We were talking about how to get Dooley in the game when we were recording and I think that's the best way! Maybe custom loss quotes based on the characters, like "Your wife divorced you" to Bill.

As a both of a fighting game and King of the Hill fan, this is a great video and unique concept. There’s actually a Hank Hill character for MUGEN. He’s a zoner and barely moves. Surprised that Bobby isn’t a grappler since he was in his school’s wrestling club.

Thank you! I loved the Peter Griffin and Homer MUGEN characters back in the day, so having a Hank Hill of those qualities would complete the original trio of animated sitcom dads from that era.

Jimmy might have been on the extended roster if I went into side/tertiary characters, so it would be cool to recreate that moment in the game! It's one of my favorite Hank/Bobby moments.

There were a lot of directions we could go with Dale since he has so many crazy, one-off tactics. We did give it a role in one of his super moves, but he could have a powerup mechanic where he's faster when he does a puff move, similar to Hakan's oil in Street Fighter, where he's range is longer, but it wears off if you don't reapply it.

Tenchi marries Ryoko in my opinion. He becomes more adventurous, but she becomes less chaotic. Ayeka and Sasami are half sisters. Washu is too dedicated to science. Ryo-Ohki DOES gain a humanoid form and is clearly sapient/a person, not just a bunny, but doesn't really fit.

Ryoko would always be my pick of the ladies shown. I actually liked the idea they played with in Tenchi in Tokyo of Tenchi meeting another standard human that would be his love interest after he retires to just have a quiet life, but I understand a lot of people want payoff with the characters shown, so I tend to make Ryoko the canon endgame for Tenchi.

High key they do have anime powers amongst them. Hank and Peggy both have the power, once angry, to shake the entirety of our universe. There are 4 power scaling videos going over the rainey street four on youtube. I highly recommend.

I am a year late. Could the Cat in the Hat work as a DLC or secret unlockable character? I recall there was a crossover where The Grinch fought The Cat in the Hat. There was an hour long special named The Cat in the Hat Knows a Lot About Christmas.

For DLC, sure. He fought the Grinch that one time, so they're in the same lore and he had that Christmas special, so why not get the license to use another Seuss character while we're getting the Grinch.

boomhauers ultimate has to be from the boggle champ episode where he reaches under the lawnmower and says "I AINT GOT NO FINGERS!" but its the enemy getting their fingers cut off

That is one of my favorite Boomhauer lines! It's partially why I showed him riding the mower when speculating Super movies.
