I think it’s very important to highlight just how close the rest of the field are when it comes to dominance eras. I’d argue the win rate from valterri and Lewis is even more impressive than then win rate of Lewis and Nico simply because the field had caught up by a lot more.

I am another DTS convert, and only started actually watching the races this year when I realised that the points didn't match the narrative (and I was frustrated they didn't explain the points at all) I have watched heaps of past race videos now, and didn't understand why team orders were such a no no before and now were fine. i love this video. and although i don’t think we’re anywhere close to the excitement and pure energy of the 2012 season. i do think the first half of the 2024 season has at least captured some of that “magic” 2012 had. 7 different race winners in the first half of the season. 4 different constructors grabbing a win. albeit, not a close drivers champion, but a neck and neck constructors race for what it’s worth. so, thank you for giving us a taste of the magic the 2012 season had in your video, and hopefully formula 1 is back on its way to being the amazing series that it was (it’s still pretty damn good, however).
