This 10minute Home Workout is specific to activating your major muscle groups: Quads and Glutes. These are important muscle groups that have a huge impact on your overall core strength, and, mobility supporting a wide range of compound movements and exercises.
Regularly activating your glute and quad muscles can minimise muscle imbalances, injuries, whilst increasing your bike/run and everyday performance.
Performance Experts, World Champion and Triathlon Champion Pete and Jaimielle Jacobs guide you through this 10minute Workout.
This session is body weight focused with no weights or bands needed. It is also a knee friendly workout without lunges.
Instructions: Perform each exercise for 1 minute (or as long as you can), with 15 - 30 seconds rest between each exercise.
