I've tried so many different workouts and youtubers but I always come back to yours. No unnecessary babble at the beginning, clear instructions and nice music and no kfc ads in the middle of the workout 😅 I can't stop doing them and I feel so much stronger!!

I love the quicker paced 20 min instead of 30 min quicker pace. I have to work my way up to 30. The quicker pace helps me to feel the burn better!❤️

I enjoyed this one. When I started this challenge I could barely do lunges, I thought bc of bad knees, but turns out, I just needed to build my strength. I can now do them comfortably. Thank you mik for that!!

can I ask how I should order your videos? how many I should be doing per week? I'm brand new to weight lifting and read I should probably start with just the full body work outs for the first few months. is that accurate? should I just repeat 1 work out video a few times a week? or should I use a few of your several options? I saw you have a June challenge up and thought maybe I should do the videos in order instead? how often should I do rest days if that is the case? sorry, I'm real clueless. so excited to find your channel though!

Good morning. Looking forward to this video. ❤️. Quick question: do you in your own time use heavier weights for deadlifts, squats etc. Just curious. I’ve been using 25lbs each for deadlifts and 20lbs for lunges. I’m hoping to burn more calories. Is this necessary?
