I've tried so many different workouts and youtubers but I always come back to yours. No unnecessary babble at the beginning, clear instructions and nice music and no kfc ads in the middle of the workout 😅 I can't stop doing them and I feel so much stronger!!

Awesome! I'm working on getting my legs back in shape after a knee replacement last year. This work out is perfect, as are all your workouts. I'm over 70, and I've been doing a lot of KZbin workouts to get and keep my body strong and fit. I love how you mix it up, keep the pace going, minimal instruction, and good vibes. I love the quicker paced 20 min instead of 30 min quicker pace. I have to work my way up to 30. The quicker pace helps me to feel the burn better!❤️

Love the Pilates moves here!! My favorites are the lifted Clam Shells and the Donkey Kicks to Fire Hydrants! The 🔥 is real here!!! Week 5/Day 3 is done ✔️ and I love, love, loved it!!! 💗👏👏

This is my first time trying one of your videos and I loved it!! I’m big on pilates and barre so I enjoyed it even more because of that😁 I also enjoyed the variety of weights/no weights! Saving this for future workouts 💪🏽

I enjoyed this one. When I started this challenge I could barely do lunges, I thought bc of bad knees, but turns out, I just needed to build my strength. I can now do them comfortably. Thank you mik for that!!

love this workout.the one down side is that after years of working out i still can't do lunges.which means i'm not getting as much benifit from those moves and it puts me off a bit.

Love your workouts! A question: do you have any leg workouts without lunges or know a good substitute exercise for lunges? My knees can't handle them, but are totally fine with the other exercises.

can I ask how I should order your videos? how many I should be doing per week? I'm brand new to weight lifting and read I should probably start with just the full body work outs for the first few months. is that accurate? should I just repeat 1 work out video a few times a week? or should I use a few of your several options? I saw you have a June challenge up and thought maybe I should do the videos in order instead? how often should I do rest days if that is the case? sorry, I'm real clueless. so excited to find your channel though!

Good morning. Looking forward to this video. ❤️. Quick question: do you in your own time use heavier weights for deadlifts, squats etc. Just curious. I’ve been using 25lbs each for deadlifts and 20lbs for lunges. I’m hoping to burn more calories. Is this necessary?
