The best way to start your day is with a 30 minute full body workout... you truly can't go wrong with this workout. All exercises are easy, doable and you get a 15 second rest between each one. Although this workout is done without equipment, you can always add dumbbells if you want to modify it for a more intense workout. There are no repeats, it's just you and me... oh and Poppy. So grab your water and lets do this!
