This is one of my favourite workouts! I love the pacing, clear instructions and demonstrations, and focus on breathing. I always feel especially great after this one even as somewhat of a beginner!

Love love love Allie. Workouts are varied and fun so they always go by so fast. And I always sweat and feel challenged. Very positive and focuses on health and strength. My only little critique is that sometimes she starts and ends an exercise on the same leg, in this and in other videos. Just something to watch out for. :)

I think this might be my new favourite full body workout. Was doing popsugar X ToneItUp 25min workout. But this was great glad tryed new routine. Love that it repeat 3 times one set. Worked on balance you could set your own speed and option to add weights later.

This is an awesome workout! I am a runner/swimmer and have fairly strong legs...and I was soo sore (the good type of sore!!) starting the evening after I did this workout. I was so happy that this really works and I plan to do it frequently!

Solid workout. Mostly glutes and hips with some abs and shoulders - don't expect to isolate inner and outer thigh. Mostly toning moves but with some jump work. I'm an experienced exerciser but am currently at beginner/intermediate level. I found this doable but challenging, and very sweaty. :)

Great workout! I was able to do all the moves but still feel a food burn. This would be a good option to exercise in your hotel room when traveling if you just do the modified version without the weights.

Good workout but it is mostly the same circuit three times, just fyi there's not a lot of variety. Then a few ab moves at the end and almost 5 minutes of cooldown included in the 30 minute workout time. Excellent workout moves and I totally felt the burn!

This was so challenging but so fun and rewarding! I’m shaking and gonna be sore but I feel AMAZING!
