This yoga video is a 45-minute vinyasa yoga class for strong beginners & intermediate students. In this yoga flow practice, we work on total body strength and flexibility. We start in mountain pose, flow through a standing sequence, and practice our seated and supine poses & stretches. ***Good morning Maris. Absolutely love your style of teaching yoga. Your reminders of 'listen to your body' are so very beneficial, as I am a 73 year old woman with several issues through my lifetime of shoulders, wrists, ankles and hips. I find your yoga classes very helpful in my healing processes through the years. I pray for your return to doing your yoga practice without pain. Time will heal you and please be kind to yourself.
