It's Coach Gaby here with a Upper Body Burn Exercise you can do at home!

Today’s workout are all standing exercises that tone and sharpen those arms and shoulders while adding lean muscle!
Remember, weights are optional. You can do all of these exercises without weights too! ⁣⁣

Thank you for sharing this. I'm trying to start moving again after an extended hospital recovery and I found that with just some slight adjustment, I could do this sitting down. Hopefully in a few weeks I'll be able to do it standing up.
