I just found your channel and I am SO happy I did!! I am not a senior, I am 39 years old, however, I have a chronic illness called Ankylosing Spondylitis that significantly limits my exercise abilities. I currently practice yoga everyday, but I was looking for some additional cardio and strength training to supplement with. I previewed the whole "Stay At Home" playlist and it looks like I will be able to do everything!! I am so excited about this and so ready to start it!
