I just love your workouts and the music is so good to work along with. I am 56, I have been medically induced into menopause about four times and this last time seems to have finally worked. Whilst all that was going on I had to help care for my mother who had dementia and although I wasn’t with her 100% of the time it still didn’t leave a lot of time for and NOW is my time, so it good to start working to get my body back to what it was and enjoy ME again. So thank you for being part of that xx

Im 63 years old and in good shape. I just need to get a few inches off the menopause waist. Its so mice to have sound advice woth these videos that are so doable. I deink aroind 100 ounces per day of fluid (mostly water and sparkling water w/o sugar). I eat protein and veggies and fruit - no junk - no sugar. I walk 2 miles in 30 minutes per day. Feeling great. We can do this

You have a stunning and healthy body shape. I was like you ten years ago when I started peri menopause at the age of 34. I put on 4 stone which was not long after I got a huge tummy during pregnancy and then depression because we lost him a week before the c section. So now I feel the peri menopause is easing. Not anywhere near as crazy as I felt lol. Hoping the weight might drop now. Didn't seem to matter what I did during the ten years, eating less, exercising etc just wouldn't come off. I have rheumatoid arthritis and diabetes type 1 so your exercises look like I might be able to manage this. Thank you.

Love it. Nice and easy exercise. I am doing 4 other exercises of yours that I have been doing for the last 2 months and I can easily add this to it. I am going to add one of your full body workout as well 🏋️♀️. But I’ll start that one in September. My progress so far doing your exercises is that I have lost 8kg 🎉🎉🎉. I took my measurements at the beginning of August and due to re-measure myself at the end of this month. I’m looking forward to my results 😊

@@mousuminiogi4973 yes, I sure did 👍. I changed my diet as well. I used to eat alot of unhealthy snacks/food’s so I substituted with a piece of fruit or a small handful of nuts. I don’t eat alot of bread, probably 1 slice a week. I used to drink alot of wine but I have a cuppa tea instead - no sugar. if I drink wine I will eat a lot of snacks. I don’t eat biscuits anymore. I just basically cut out the sugars and bread, eating more healthier, smaller meal sizes. I don’t eat fatty foods I cut all of the fat off meat and eat vegetables and salads. I do about 1 hour worth of Petra’s exercises a day. If I don’t have time to do an hour, I make sure I do 1 or 2 of them. 👍

My body weight when I first started these exercises was 63 kg's - now at 31st August 54.5 kg's and that was about 8 to 10 weeks before I started your exercises and my diet of eating less sugar and carbs. These are my measurements from the 1st of August to the 31st of August measured in inches: Bust - 38" now 37" (it was 40" about 8 - 10 weeks ago), Waist - 30.5" now 28", Hips - 34.5" now 33", Bum 35.5" now 34.5", Thighs - 19.5" now 19". The Exercises I am doing are: Lose Cellulite in 15 min., Lose muffin top/ 12 min., Lose belly fat in 3 weeks, Slimmer waist and just started on Lose menopause belly. I might have a look at a full body workout and drop one of the exercises I'm doing. Thank you again for your exercises. I am hoping to lose another 2.5 kg's (that will take me to 52 kg's) and then I will have to try and sustain the weight.

The dress size drop didn't work for me. I have been on a weight loss journey for 7 months and I have already dropped 3 UK dress sizes, with 2 more to go. I did this workout every day for 14 days and I did not lose a single cm in that time. However, I can really feel that my obliques have strengthened, so I think I will continue to do this 3 times a week going forward.

Question: Is it more beneficial for losing menopause belly fat to go the speed that you are moving or does it matter?
