I've been dealing with a lot of negative things when it comes to my body and losing weight. It's like I hate self hate towards myself, I've dealt with binge eating, bulimia, starving myself for that past couple of years. Something finally clicked and I decided to change, and go the healthy way, not only for good health, but for mental strength as well. Today I did my first workout with this, and I plan to use your videos to keep guiding me to a healthier and happier lifestyle.

This helped me out so much! I used be so good at HIIT workouts until I started to get bored and lazy. I loved how good I looked when I did those workouts and I'm looking to get back on the band wagon. This was the perfect intro back into that world. It didn't seem too complicated or seem to expect too much from me. I'm glad I pushed through it.

the first time i did this i was soooo nauseous afterwards and couldn't breathe properly for the next hour, but after doing it 4 more times over the week, i can finally do TWO rounds of this workout with barely a sweat! :)) looking forward to doing your full hiit workout when i think i am finally strong enough soon!

I did this workout at midnight and I did all of them but crashed middle of the burpees. I will be doing this workout for the next week. My body is so sore I will go to a gym and show them so that my form can be fixed. Love this video.

Yep ya know just got to shave my legs, put lotion on every night like everywhere, do schoolwork, go to school, make sure I don't get acne by taking care of that every night too (I'm ance free although I used to have some, using cetaphil daily facial cleaner works for me and I let it dry while I brush my teeth), eat healthy, take showers, do my makeup, sleep, and workout. Shaving legs: 10 min. Lotion: 5 min. Schoolwork: 30 min.-1 hr. School: 7 hrs. Acne wash: 10 min. Eating healthy: 2 hrs. (Including preparing food) Showers: 30 min. (Including getting ready after shower) Makeup: 10 min. Sleep: 8 hrs. Workout: 1 hr. So I spend the other around 5-6 hours (depending on homework) watching Supernatural, doing chores, or just random stuff. I just realized that 1/4 of the day I don't have to do anything. 😮

It worked! I combined this workout with other exercises and my belly pouch was smaller. I didn't diet but I did however eat a little bit of salad, but I mostly just reduced the amount of food I ate. I started on Monday and by Friday I saw results, I decided to rest on Saturday and Sunday. However, I was invited to a party on Saturday and Sunday and there was ALOT of junk food. I ended up eating most of it and I gained back my weight. XD Don't worry, I'm not going to give up though. I suggest if you want to lose weight maintain how much you eat. XD

I love this workout so much! I just started exercising/intermittent fasting this past Friday (love your intermittent fasting vids too!), as I have about 30lbs (13.6kg) to lose. I struggled my first time doing this, but was able to do most of the exercises just slower. But the shoulder tap & the planking I could not do at all. I just did this for the 2nd time yesterday (I alternated the other days with bike & your workout on period video), and I did so much better! Not only could I do all the exercises this time, but I was sweating more/out of breath more because I was able to do them - so I got a better workout, and it made me excited to continue! So thanks so much already for the motivation :)

I really love this workout routine and it’s only 10mins. Plus with rest. I just had my workout and i sweat a lot, thank you for this video. I keep coming back for this since last year.

This is the first ever workout video that i saw full! You are amazing . Though I couldn't get to the last ( was out of breath in the first 4 ones) since I have never worked out in my life but I will definitely get through it and share my results when I achieve my desired weight and fitness level. Its harder because I have been suffering from hypothyroidism for 4 years but I know eventually I will make it. Thankyou for this awesome video!! Loads of 💘 from India!!💋💋💋

Hey! I had a question. I want to lose weight and I have been doing your 10 min full body HIIT workout for the past couple of days. Which one will be more effective to me? This one or your full body one? Btw I'm 4'11 and weigh 115, and I'm still a young teen!Please help me! Thank you!

u can do both😊always better to mix up different exercises so your body won't get used to it and stop progressing xx
